These people will treat you like crap especially if you are in a joint account with someone just make sure you are the first one on the contract they make you sign or be main account holder . Me and my girlfriend had a joint account we both contributed to, we shared the money equally . I was in charged of the online banking and budgeting because I was better at taking care of that stuff and other personal medical reasons. So we get into an argument on a firday as I was trying to dispute fraudulent charges. Long story short is that she was able to make it to get a new bank card I did not have to go because I just finished getting and activating my new that Friday which I didn't even get to use due the account being locked again ñdue to fraud. This time though I was getting fraud alert because someone was changing stuff on my online banking that I was locked out of and my girl friend did not have access to. its hard for her to do any kind of things like change passwords and stuff. I was getting notifications all weekend and throughout the beginning of the week about someone signing on to my online banking. Turn my phone off that my girlfriend ended up going to get a new bank card. That Saturday and try to get me off The account because she's mad. That Monday She told me what she was doing I asked to why she would do something like that, because. I needed to get my Diabetic medication That' Friday and I was able to. Go to that, I ended up In the hospital not only because My sugar was high but also because the anxiety that Paul Delorenzo gave me by the way he treated me. He had my girlfriend sign some paper that said that I said it was OK for me to be taken of this joint account remind you my girlfriend is considered legally blind and I'm sure she didn't not read what she sign at the branch. They told me they can take me of the account because I wasn't a member I was just a number 2 on her account. Paul Delorenzo even told me to take her to court because there is nothing he can do about it . There is a lot more but it's not even worth my time Typing because I tried to reach out to someone with more authority and they had me talk to Samantha the security lady. So I think its about time I start making a report of everything especially the fraud paper he got my girlfriend to sign off on that saying that reason for me being of the account is because the the card holder requested it which was me here ill post a picture. By the way inst bank fraud a federal offense....

Really, all he wanted to do was tell me the rules at WF, because he could not, and said he would not, convey to me what I was saying - which means he wasn't listening. The first step in resolution is to listen and understand. Okay asked him if he could convey to me my reason for being annoyed - and he literally said he wouldn't. That is when I become annoyed, and left. Wells Fargo is an annoying bank, that plays the timing to hit you with charges. I immediately called M&T 'a customer service line where they entered the dispute and cancelled my comprised card. They also ordered me a replacement. This bogus transaction over drafted my account so a deposit needed to be made immediately so as not be charged any overdraft fees. These fees would be credited if it did happen / easier to just make a deposit. So long story short, I came to this branch since I was going to be in the area. I have only been to this branch once before. I was immediately greeted upon entering the lobby. To reassure myself and get some questions answered I sat down with Senior Service associate, Bandini. She was able to verify and reassure me that everything was done on my account and answer all my questions. I was treated very politely, warmly and professionally, she was a delight! The teller was just as polite while processing my deposit. If needed in the future I will definitely take the ride to this branch. Thank you!

This mortgage lender, Crown Home Mortgage, is either grossly incompetent, or something else more…read moreonerous is going on. They strung our buyer along for months and months, promising we were going to close, and then pushed the closing date back again and again for undetermined reasons. They kept demanding more and more of our buyer, which the buyer continued to provide to them. But even though we were all doing everything we could to close the sale, they just continued to play games and lie about the closing date and string us along. Someone needs to look into their practices to determine that they aren't using discriminatory lending practices. Our buyer ended up going elsewhere, to a wonderful lender who was able to close on our home in just 30 days. So obviously, our buyer was qualified, after all, to receive funding. Therefore, Crown Mortgage either has some really dire operational problems, or they are openly putting more onerous conditions on certain buyers than on others, which is specifically prohibited by fair housing laws. I would like an explanation from Crown Home Mortgage about why they played games with us in this manner. I'm mulling over a fair housing complaint if a good reason for their shenanigans can't be given.
