After 5 days of calling I drove down and asked for a loan officer and they asked if I had an appointment. I said I've been calling for five days three times a day and no one even picks up the phone. I just went elsewhere got a loan in a few minutes and I just these people for holding my money and atm. The insane thing is they call me at least twice a month to try and market financial tools to me and offer me loans and when I need one they don't answer the phone. Silly silly bankers
