    No one ever answers the phone and they will not provide documentation at the branch, was told to get on online.

I have been a Chase private client for years. As of 3/18 I am about to withdraw from Chase because the 9W branch (most convenient for me) has been going down hill in service for months. Please, I have no beef with the regular tellers (both women) or with Carlos who is a customer service person. These folks are knowledgeable, personable and client oriented. No, it the manager, who although very pleasant seems too overwhelmed by the job. Example: I called a few days ago, spoke with the manager and asked if she would arrange to have 71 newer dollar bills ready for me to pick up on 3/20. (A surprise birthday gift that I wanted to be special. ) I was assured that it would be done. So I went to the bank today thinking I would just fill out a withdrawal form, take the money and leave. No, no, not at all. The manager had never taken care of it...never asked the person who she said would do the task to do it!!! A half hour later I was still waiting while Tremain [manager] was scrambling to assemble the cash. She finally had it in hand, counted it out to me....never alluded to the fact that this was supposed to have been done ahead of time so it would be ready and waiting for me. For me, this last banking 'service' is close to the last straw. Why should I stay? Kate
