I told her yes and she immediately moved a heavy chair over to a table and made it much easier for me to maneuver. She provided me with much needed info and did my notary in less that 5 mins. Please note that this bank charges a fee for replacement ATM cards which more than cover the cost of a .02 cent piece of plastic. The last I knew, banks were in the business of making money for their shareholders. The personality arrogance of the area Branch Manager indicates she appears to be on a power trip which is more important than providing service to long standing customers. Needless to say the next day I changed my direct deposits and accounts to a more professional and customer service friendly bank with by the way provided me with some very nice perks in addition to the fact they have many MANY more locations.

They don't even have phone support so if you have a problem with your card and it's after 3:30 PM there is absolutely nothing you can do, trust me I spent three hours on the phone last night begging for help just to be told over and over again that they do not offer any support even if it is a life or death emergency situation. They have terrible hours as they close at 3:30 PM on most days. They are relentless with the fees if you ever overdraw your account and will charge you multiple fees in one day and every single one is always over $30. I heard where people work, how much they make, etc because the loan officer sits right there in the open area of the bank; zero privacy! The lack of customer privacy at this location is concerning and if all their locations are designed the same way then I'll never open a loan with this bank ever! I value my pricey and would expect a bank to at least make an effort to enclose me in a room so that I have some privacy. What's that Mr. Loan officer you want my social security number? Sure thing 123-00-4567 (as the guy waiting writes that down), oh and you want my home address...sure thing! All done in a wide open space. A nearby competitor takes customers to a back area of the bank within cubicles that offer semi-privacy but you're still FAR away from the main area of the bank where anyone can take a seat to listen for that perfect info for ID theft. As i stated my reason for being there she tells me "those are overdraft fees you are responsible for" the fact that i was a new customer and had only one transaction on my account did not register. I get to the teller I believe her name was Jessica who had an attitude as soon as I walk to the counter. My name and my wife's name are on the checks and she refuses to cash the check. It's for only $200 so not a huge sum of money. I tell her me and my wife share this account and you can even see my paychecks get direct deposited in there. She tells me that's impossible. So I say let me log onto the app and show you. She proceeds to scold me that I have my wife's log-in and email. So I log on and show her the direst deposits made on a weekly basis from my job. She gets even more nasty and finally by this point I've had enough. I never complain but this was ridiculous I've never seen anything like it. I called Corporate and made a report but man oh man I've never been disrespected quite like that in my life. Corporate took the report and agreed that this teller was clearly wrong and so was the manager some young guy who was too busy to even care. Long story short AVOID this bank at all costs. I will be calling a corporate again as my wife and I will be canceling all accounts and getting our families to do the same
