Worst experience ever!! If I could give them a zero, I would. I've been to this branch 3 times to…read morefind out when the vendor would be onsite to drill the safe deposit boxes as this branch is closing. I was told by the branch manager that I would receive a call to schedule a time; I never received a call. I was finally able to reach a representative at the branch who scheduled an appointment in the branch manager's absence for Friday at noon. I took off work, arrived on time at the branch (my 4th visit now) only to discover the representative who made the appointment was at lunch and the branch manager had no idea about the appointment. She did attempt to call the vendor but he had already left the area for the day headed to Woodstock. She instructed me to come back anytime between 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Wednesday so I took off again on Monday. I asked if I needed an appointment and she said no and assured me the vendor would be there on Monday- Wednesday. This morning (which is Monday) when I was on my way to the branch, I called to ensure the vendor was there only to be told by the branch manager that they would only be there on Tuesday and Wednesday this week although she assured me on Friday that they would be there on Monday (this would have made my 5th visit). This is EXTEREMLY poor service and I would have expected better from a branch manager. To be asked to take off work yet again is beyond ridiculous and for what, to allow the same thing to happen again?! This level of sheer ineffiency and incompetance has created a very negative customer experience. At one time I considered moving other investements and assets to Well Fargo to have everything centrailized-this service experience confirmed I made the right decision by not doing so! No customer should ever be treated this way or given the run around like this. If this kind of service factored into the decision to close this branch, I fully understand why. It's so disappointing to see Wells Fargo allow this type of service delivery.

I eventually left because the banker had some personal business that was obviously her priority. She didn't know about her job and ACH stop payments; she kept trying to have me a file a dispute for a transaction that may or may not occur. I called the 1800 number and someone very knowledgeable answered all of my questions.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!…read more Went to the Wells Fargo Bank branch to handle some business. Unfortunately, I forgot my debit card and had to use an alternative form of identification, my GADL. I left my DL at the bank when I left. Someone from the bank called me on my cell and told me it was there and to come back to get it. I thanked them profusely and then explained that I was around the corner at Starbucks (less than 2 miles away). When I arrived back at the Wells Fargo Bank branch, I was told that I would not be able to get my GADL, which has my picture on it and not expired, back because I did not have another way to verify that I was me. The teller told me I could use a library card or any card I had that had my name on it. Never mind that I just left the back less than 30 minutes ago, the bank was virtually empty, with two tellers, I was in the same clothes, and was still being told if I didn't have another form of identification, that they would have to keep my license until I could return with verification of my identity. Never mind that my GADL has MY PICTURE! Luckily I had my Carry and Conceal license in my truck with my weapon. The customer service was definitely trash and was a waste of time. If you have business in the area, AVOID THIS BRANCH!!

I asked him if our check can be available today & he said he does not know. I told him can you check because we come to this branch weekly & the teller always inform us if available or not. He stated I have to go inside the branch because he cannot tell me through drive thru. I immediately told him that we have a business account & our personal account & we never encounter this problem. He said to send the check & ask us what account you wanted deposited them after a few minutes (without further communication) he sent us our check cashed. He never asked us or inform us or communicated. After we got the cash, he did not say is there anything I can help you with. Completely silence! Wow! He needs with all respect I say it but retraining. He needs to learn how to render excellent customer service to Wells Fargo clients. He gets paid to render that service. It is not free

Today my mother and I had an appointment with Diego C, to address closed account of my father. Who…read moremy mom is his POA and he passed away which caused for several questions regarding questions from letter sent from the bank. I specifically asked since we didn't have the death certificate with us would the certificate of cremation be something relevant regarding this matter? Diego then reads the letter in front of me pointing out the obvious that has been already read over on my behalf. I then interjected stating I am not saying I don't understand the letter and all, just was "BRINGING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION THAT I HAVE THIS FORM". Diego then replies "AND I AM BRINGING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION IT STATES WE NEED THE DEATH CERTIFICATE" ... I immediately pulled back and say nothing further to him because for whatever reason his dialogue was pretty offensive especially during this tough and touchy time of the passing of my father. I want to bring awareness to humans that we should just do better in how we communicate and look at ourselves, how it can come across from the outside looking in. My response personally would of been some dialogue along this " I understand (which creates the empathy from the person to cx) that you have that document, however the company guidelines are requiring the deaths certificate be provided, no alternative form can override this (bring awareness that this is not your policy but the companies and supports your position from the perspective of legalities).... Food for thought that is all.
