Upon arrival, we were greeted by the assistant manager Madonna which was extremely hospitable & helpful in getting her taken care of. The branch supervisor Barbara, did great in getting matters sorted out for us & making sure that we were informed of all things dealing with the account. While there, I personally saw Madonna handle several unpleasant customers with the greatest & most professional of mannerisms. Definitely round of applause to this Branch. I trust them with all of her banking needs & can tell that all upcoming customers moving forward will be in good hands. Go Northfield!!!

The first time I ever went to this branch was when I moved to the area last year. the tellers were…read morenice and had good customer service. But not to each other. I remember the two tellers were arguing. One was trying to give the other one a hint on how to do a transaction and the other was dismissing her because she already knew what she was doing. I found that kind of amusing? But it's something that shouldn't happen in the main area where customers can see. Today I found out that Penny Arcade retired. First of all, she's too young to retire. Second, that's the only feature that sets TD bank apart. Why would they get rid of it? When I looked at the sign saying the coin counter was discontinued the teller said I can either use the coin papers or go to the shoprite and use coin star. It's only $3.42 I don't need anymore fees to deposit such a small amount. And coin star is not free. I can't believe more is happening to make me dislike the bank even after I already changed banks for my main account. I only have an account here so I can have a safe deposit box. I can't see why anyone would go here in particular. I don't think it's anything that other banks don't offer.

Went to get a new debit card yesterday - what a hassle! The employee who printed the new card…read moredidn't know how to use the machine. I went to the SuperMarket - was unable to use the new card. Had to call the bank (call #1) - was told I was supposed to activate it at the ATM. How would I know that??? Was transferred to the phone number to activate my account - went thru all the steps. Went back into the supermarket - card still didn't work. Called the bank (call #2), was told that my card is activated - it must be the supermarket system. Back into the supermarket, card still doesn't work. Called the PNC customer service number. They had to call the bank to explain how to use the machine - while on hold - headed back to the bank. The person who told me that it must the supermarket's system is "the expert" is printing new debit cards !?!? She printed a new card and activated it for me. Went to use the card - finally worked! Don't they print new debit cards all the time - it IS a bank after all ?!?! No one knows what they are talking about - VERY friendly, but don't know what they are doing. Go to a different bank!!

For ages there were no envelopes so I had to constantly drive around with my checks and cash. Finally hey started a new system but now you have to put your card in just to GET an envelope. weird.
