I called immediately to report what had happen while on the phone with the bank she clearly stated she was giving me a provisional credit. Let the truth be told my money your malfunctioning ATM your not giving me nothing with all do respect your fixing your mistake. I was there on buisiness to retrieve what I work my job to pay my bills while on the phone with the lady reporting what had happen made it clear that I was making another transaction to retrieve the money I came to get to pay a bill in the first place entitled to worked for it. She agreed I proceeded let her know that transaction went well. I received a letter saying they want me to pay them back $ 250. You have a camera right there you know how much money you feel the ATM with correct ,follow me now called my branch spoke with a teller by the name of Sheryl very nasty diposition from a customer point of view. That's a big deal for a self-employed individual such as myself. They also offer free online banking. The best thing about doing business with the staff on Brandt Pike is that they are great people. Whenever I'm in there, they seem to know every customer by name who comes to the counter. I love that they know me by name and can pull my account up without asking. Their staff is managed by Tasha. Her assistant manager is Jon. Both of them are very good with addressing any issues that I bring to them with my account.
