I really like is the fact that we were issued out debit card immediately; unlike other branches were there is a 7-10 business day wait. What's even better is this bank is open 7 days a week. And they have a coinstar that's free to use to account holders.

Wow, she's the assistant manager. I confronted her that leaving me constantly is extremely rude. She apologized and explained that they are understaffed and that she has been the assistant manager for just 4 days and they are hiring more staff. She offered TD merchandise to appease me. I think she's trying her best, but I still can't say that this was a pleasant experience. Overall time it took was almost 2 hours. I would increase my star rating to 1.5 for her trying though but I can't get myself to click on the second star.

However, based on the outside view, this Cap 1 is likely comparable/similar to others in the area. In the era of ATM networks Capital One is part of the MoneyPass or Allpoint network thus to avoid unnecessary charges, selcted this location. The drive through is located around the side of the building and accomidates both ATM and Teller transactions. There is also an ATM adjacent to the main entrance. Getting to the bank is via two way access road that also serves a busy Mickey D's and gas station, convenience store. Mentioning this because its a bit of tight fit when busy and passing other vehicles in traffic. Your results may vary, but for Cap 1 customers this is an banking oasis for locals to the area.

Carlos Gonzalez, the bank manager was extremely helpful, friendly, respectful, and informative in providing and explaining all my options, and making suggestions. He went above and beyond all expectations. Other staff including the teller behind the window & another account manager, Roshni Patel were all friendly, helpful, & competent. I am a savvy customer with expectations of good service and 90% of the time these days I am appalled at the lack of any respect for customers. My experience at the Germantown BB&T was a breath of fresh air that renewed my faith & confidence as a customer.
