Nothing bad about this location, but Chase bank as a whole has left customer service behind them. Chase has consistently ( on a bi-weekly basis) locked my ATM card for trying to make a $5.40 purchase on FB. I have to call the number on my ATM card and jump thru numerous hoops to get my card reinstated.....and that's only if it's during banking hours! If it's after hours I get a recording to call back during business hours!! In the meantime, my card is locked and unuseable. If I'm away from home I'd better pray I have enough fuel to get home! I've had it with Chase and am tired of all the hours I've spent over the last few years dealing with this! I'll be changing banks soon. It's a shame as I've been with Chase for close to a decade....Shame on you Chase for leaving your customers swinging in the wind because it's not during "banking hours". You had no problem making it inconvenient for ME after banking hours!! There should be some way for us to reach Chase when you lock up our accounts! Phooey to you!!! read more

It is utterly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Just need a printout of my account with a teller signature and I don't have time to wait hours when this can be done and waiting on me to pick up. Why is this so hard to request??? I get no help from the customer service line and get told to schedule a week out or call the branch but I get no answer at the branch and a week is not going to work for a simple printout. This review is for the branch itself. If you are interested in a review of Chase Bank as a whole, you'll look somewhere else. This was a good location before the construction on 548 started, but they have kept the drives open and it isn't too difficult to get to the bank. I needed to go into the bank recently to close one of my accounts. When I entered the lobby, there was an employee at the door to ask me what I needed. I didn't have to wait in line or put my name on a list. That was nice, but I rarely go into the lobby of any bank anymore. She was quite helpful and I needed less than 10 minutes to complete the transaction. Mostly I use the ATM which is in a drive through lane. It is a problem though, since it has been down several times in the last year and there isn't one inside - nor is there another Chase ATM anywhere nearby. In addition to the drive through ATM, there is one commercial lane and two banking lanes. They have small video cameras and monitors on them, something I have not seen anywhere else. read more

I like Chase but this branch is just not well run. It is extremely busy always, there is always a long line for a teller which most people need. They insist on trying to make people use the kiosk which no one uses. And always have one or two people in the front directing you to a kiosk. Those people should be working a tellers not directing people to a kiosk they do t want to use. They closed the front part of the branch and put in a kiosk or two and if you want a teller you stand in a long line down a hallway for the drive tellers to service you. It is the worst experience ever. The staff is nice but clearly overwhelmed all the time. They need new management in the branch to make experience way less frustrating for customers which clearly shows from the review. I been with Chase a long time but I require teller assist because of my business and I think it's about time to move. They clearly don't care about the customer experience but being told each time I go in I'm sorry for the long wait is just not cutting it. Again no complaints about the staff they are overworked and understaffed but very nice. The branch needs a proactive manager to address the issue. read more

My wife wanted to open an account here, I told her they have awful feedback ratings,and it would be a bad experience, but she wanted the checking account anyway. Went inside the lobby on Saturday, they said I had to make an appointment. They were full. The greeter said we could come back next week. I said we'll pass and I told my wife I told you so. Drove around to the drive through (awful waiting time. Go through this when I pay off our monthly balance on our Chase credit card), and told the teller we had a government check to cash. They pushed it back and said they could not cash it because it was not a Chase check, AND THEY HAD NO RECOURSE IF IT WAS A BAD CHECK....LOL....it is a U.S. treasury backed check. I have used my CC in the past at another branch to cash a check. Don't waste your time with these people. Extremely poor customer service. read more

I walked in waiting for about 15 minutes, I saw a customer walk out and Sandra Evans sat in cube for another 7-10 minutes on her cell phone, I finally stood up out of my chair to only have her get up and say she couldn't help me that she had another appointment coming in about 15 minutes, I felt rushed out and she was flat out rude about it, I'm sure what I needed help with could've have taken the 20-25 we could've had to resolve my problem. read more

This place sucks!!! They have several people walking around, but no one can help you. We'd been turned away by Lisa King 3 times already because she keeps asking us to bring in a different form of ID for a minor account. Its my understanding a birth certificate, and social card is all a minor need to open an account, I had all that plus a passport for my minor child and was still turned away for not having a school ID although we had a passport. Are you kidding me Chase, you have got to do better. This is ridiculous to wait for over an hour for Lisa King to turn us away with the most valid form of ID. Run not walk away from this bank, and any Chase Bank, the service suck, five employees walking around but can't help you and the only one whom could keeps giving us the run around. read more

Worst employee award for any bank: Rodney at Chase in Forney. Refused to help me with my accounts due to not having my debit card. Interesting I had a valid drivers license and my social security in hand. Refused to help us. Go to any other bank in town but this one. read more

inside service is absolutely great! outside not so much. a woman in the window acted as if i annoyed her by even being there. also they def need an additional atm. the line for this atm is always annoying during decent hours and half the time something wrong with it. read more
