Brick and mortar banks in general are falling behind as far as paying interest on savings, checking and CD's. And some require high minimum deposits and/or auto deposit of funds to maintain waved fees. On line banks and firms are attracting more and more people for their daily banking needs. In the past, I used to walk in and get one of the notary publics to notarize anything on the spot....I guess the bring down the cost of doing business, they are not paying for all manager and bankers to get a notary public certification.
