Sensibly they have it set up so that customers can schedule an appointment to actually go inside the branch so I did. Jessica, the banker who opened my account was very personable and professional. I didn't expect to be dealing with a large bank but I am not patient. I'm glad they are taking care of their customers of which I'm now one.

I checked out the different credit unions here and I made a really good choice with this credit union. The only downside is that they run your credit to open the account so of course that sits on your credit report for 2 years. On the upside the staff in Burleson is friendly and professional and they have plenty of convenient locations. Just so you know, if you open savings only you do not get an ATM card. You will probably want to bring much more but the opening balance requirement is only the $5.00 that makes you a member.

Sometimes after hours, I may have a question when it isn't business hours . The automated system will offer a call back to your phone, if the Individual doesn't want to stay stay on hold, I select this option. This never happens. I never get a call back, which is why I finally decided to leave the Credit Union, after only 2 months! Many other reasons too. When I ask questions over the phone, I'm given vague answers by the agents on the call center line. Very unprofessional, and unknowledgeable., unhelpful, it's very frustrating that I have to go into the branch to get my help from an agent that knows what they're doing. That's why I've decided to leave Members Credit Union because I need a more reliable service that can provide better service over the phone.
