Just came in here to do a deposit. There was a line while I was filling out my deposit slip and as I went to the line, they brought on more tellers which was super nice and it moved the line along. I was greeted when I went inside and they also have lolly pops for the kids.. or adults. Lol. It's located at a pretty busy intersection and there's only 1 ATM outside. There are 4 inside but the parking lot is a little weird to park at. It's not a huge lot and it faces towards a large entrance from the street. There's a small lot on the side of a huge lot with for the grocery stores but you'd have to walk across the parking lot to get inside. Friendly, fast and efficient. The drive-thru ATM is almost always blocked off with a cone or the ATM is out of service, and the after-hours card-access doors frequently don't work either. It's frustrating to drive to your bank only to find that you can't use the ATM or even get inside. At this point, corporate needs to get involved. I use this Chase location because it's the closest one to me, but the ATMs are frequently out of service or malfunctioning. Most recently, the ATM took my cash deposit, then crashed before showing the amount or crediting my account. I had to call customer service, file a claim, and spend over 30 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue. This is extremely inconvenient, especially when customers trust these machines with their money. Management needs to do a much better job maintaining these ATMs so this doesn't keep happening. read more

The person who was originally supposed to help me explained the situation to me, and she told me to go to the counter and she would help me. But when I got to the counter, she handed me over to another bank employee, who didn't even ask what happened and just told me to make a phone call. The staff at this bank are very unprofessional. Every time I ask a question, they always tell me to make a phone call. If customers have to call to solve everything themselves, then what's the point of having them? I really hate how this is the closest branch to my house and my business. Otherwise I would be going to a different bank. Their drive-through ATMs are always not working for some reason or another and recently the reader on their front door to get in after hours is not working and when I went this morning it's still not working even though they were notified about it! Drive thru atms machines here are so annoying and weird... i always can hear someone talks . Even with really low but pay attentions tthere always someone on the machine speakers and talking. Its probably the employee inside the bank. But one time i heard a guy was talking while im depositing money in the machine. I cant hear clearly he said something and i was like weird out. The worst Chase location!! I already have two accounts with Chase. Now I need open a new checking acount. The woman requet me provide residence proof. So I bring my DMV registration to her. She said the registration is unable to prove my residence. Is that a joke?! Fine. Then I login my online account to get the bank statement and my pay stub, these documents are indicated my name and address. She said she cannot accept these document thru e-mail. Need print out only! In other Chase location,they can accept documents thru e-mail. BUT THIS LOCATION IS REJECT! Fine. I use their computer to login my pay stub online account. Show the screen to the women. She said it's ok. But after few mins, she said it's still not working because their printer cannot print what she want to see!!! I JUST WANT TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT, NOT A CREDIT CARD. And I already have two accounts with them! Why you need so much documents?! I will change another location. I will never go here! Went in for wire transfer. Was told to wait for 15-20 mins and transaction will be completed the following morning. I waited for at least an hour before getting served. When I confronted the assistant bank manager as to why nobody suggested to do it the following day and not have to wait. read more

My husband went in to cash a check from a side job he does, which is making porches. He went in showed his i.d they verified that his i.d was Real because it is, dmv issued, they also called to verify the person who gave him the check and every thing checked out. Then the manager sees him and comes to check his i.d and asks him if it's fake be says no they just checked it, so the manager checks it and says the hologram isn't showing up and stamps the check so he can't exchange it anywhere just because she said it was fake. First off let me start by saying this place has the worst customer service! Secondly Chase Bank is just a bunch of thieves my boyfriend deposited money into the ATM inside the bank and while he was putting the money it went out of service so the machine just printed a little paper with a number to call! So he called the number and that's when his nightmare begins the person he talked to gave him such a hard time and okay she finally figured it out and she said that they would credit back his money he deposited 2K all 20s. So a couple of days later he gets his money back but only to get a letter a couple of days later saying that no they need to further investigate so they took his money and left him negative and this has just turned into a nightmare like we trust the banks with our money so they do not have the right to steal from people like this! I had a handy man do some work at my home. I wrote out a check for $50.00 for the job. But the teller at the Chino Branch gave him $500.00! The check was made out properly. I went to the bank, and spoke to the Manager, and he refused to put the money back into my account, "because you know him." What does that have to do with it? It was too easy for the Manager to take the money out of the handyman's account! And his teller made the mistake. Manager insisted that it fell on to get me money. The handyman was not a friend. This is a great small little bank. It has a drive through ATM which makes getting and depositing a lot easier for someone on the go. They have an indoor ATM also, which after it closes will only open if you swipe your debit card, which could be awesome for late night security.
