They have ITM's, which are better than ATMs because you can speak directly to a real person, but I'm not sure if they have the drive up window anymore. I think you have to do it through the ITM. We have been with them for a number of years, they're interest rates are very low and sometimes it's hard to move money around or get money. They do have a nice debit card rebate of one and a half percent. And that's a nice bonus. Every time I go in the place they are always very friendly and as helpful as they can be. And they keep their branches, very clean and up-to-date.

When I became a student at this university, it did not take long for me to open an account and become a member of this bank. I had no hesitation because of the existing positive reputation of this company. This location, in particular, has staff who are super friendly and helpful. I have had to go in to change my online banking password and PIN number and was served within minutes. The man who helped me was very enthusiastic, and it was clear to me he loved helping guide people in their banking experience. During my most recent visit, I was very pleased with my service. The teller was so welcoming, friendly, and cashed my check in no time! One thing that was slightly confusing at first is that the "drive thru" lane closest to the building is the ATM lane only. Upon initially seeing all of the cars in line for that service, I almost drove away because I did not have time to wait; however, I soon realized the arrangement of the lanes. I get that it takes a couple days on the weekend, but when the weekend ends, something went wrong with spending. I always check my balance, but things are slow at catching up here. My first and second bank never had issues with using your debit/credit card EVER. It says it's taking it out but then comes Monday early morning and ugh issues. I have a feeling this is going to be 2nd issue with them. My Mother even said something sounds fishy with it. I'm starting to wonder if I even really need a bank, with this much hassle. At the early morning and sometimes during Lunch they are busy, but I see at times that they are talking and laughing and helping the next teller rather than paying their full attention to YOUR needs.
