It is very large inside and there were tons of rooms for all kinds of loan stuff. They also had interactive tellers! It was at the ATM machine and there is a real live person to help you, just through the screen. We had help and I am sure there will be people to help since this is all very new. But we had no issue depositing checks into our account. Eventually the tellers will be housed upstairs. There was a large information desk. It was such a large bank. There were a lot of people there since it was the first Saturday they were open. They had B105 there and snacks and drinks. We each got a cool stainless steel water bottle and a chance to spin the wheel. Plus they put our names in to get in the cash cube. We were only there about an hour and my husband got to get in! He was able to catch $64. I will be excited to not have to go far for our baking needs. I have been an IMCU member for 25 years!

To get the information into these accounts now requires a download from the IMCU site then an upload into those apps. This is the twenty first century, not the 19th century. What's next green eyeshades and quill pens. Reluctantly, despite the hassle, I guess I will have to move my accounts to a more customer friendly financial entity. Sigh, they had a good thing going.

I had just gotten into town and was going to be taking photos of all the older historic buildings downtown and literally started at First Financial Bank on S. Meridian St. Almost immediately a bank employee inside came to the HUGE front window and flipped me off (see photo). They then called the police and falsely claimed that I had been "banging on the windows" according to the cops. That was a bald faced lie! I never touched the windows, let alone banged on them. I was interested in the building, not the rude employees inside. I was arrested and spent over 24 hours in jail. The prosecutors office I am absolutely going to sue this bank for what they did to me. This cannot be tolerated. It WILL not be tolerated. Govern yourselves accordingly, First Financial Bank.

Scott Hammersley, their business/commercial lending specialist, came out and introduced himself and spent time learning about our new business coming to the Westfield area. Later when I was having trouble getting online banking and the mobile app setup, one of the bank's team took my call, walked me through it, and stayed on the phone with me till setup was confirmed. I never felt rushed or hurried, there was a calm, steady tone and constant reminders that I was their priority and they wanted me to be set up and able to use all the resources the bank had for me.
