Fast and friendly service the bank is going and staring to spend out, in the metro area and other states. To my surprise service has improved with covud 19, the wait is shorter, staff is more personable and on the ball. The bank tries to remain competitive so a win win all around. read more

What could improve? Everything. Example: went in on a Saturday to cash a check. There were 3 "greeters" inside the door and one teller. The wait for the teller was lengthy while the greeters chatted together. The treatment of customers has been awful every time I've dealt with them, not MOST of the time, but EVERY time for years. I'm elderly and have disabilities, and attempts to use my debit car never work, ever, and never have. There's a Chase-originated "issue" every time I deal with this excuse for a bank. I'll be closing my accounts which I should have done years ago. Their rude, unhelpful attitude in EVERY situation indicates that there is no oversight or standards of customer service adhered to. I've accepted it for years, but won't any longer. I'm filing complaints with every office that has any oversight of the banking industry and customer service. It seems like the public accepts ill treatment until it finally reaches a limit, and Chase will continue to operate the way it does until stopped by some external authority. This bank caters to the ultra rich and only the ultra rich. Any corporation can be difficult to deal with, but Chase actually seems to take pride in poor customer service. Use a credit union - the "convenience" expected from this giant entity doesn't exist. WF is bad, but has nothing on Chase, which appears to use an appearance of concern over fraud to withhold payments and withdrawals. Clever approach ;) read more

I wish to share a very-unsettling experience at Chase Bank, Buckingham Village Branch 007172 in Aurora, Colorado yesterday. I wanted to pay off my home loan, so I called Chase, got the amount and was told to write a check and take it to the nearest branch bank. I have essential tremors and cancer, so I have great difficulty writing. I filled out as much of the check as I could, which was the date, the amount in numbers, my account number and my signature, but didn't want to write the payee or spell out the amount for fear that they would not be legible. I went into the bank and asked if someone could finish printing the rest of the information on the check for me and explained why I was asking this. I was told that no one could, so I asked to speak to a manager. I realize that under normal circumstances, it might not be a good idea for the bank to put anything on the check (even though it is not "illegal," as I was told several times), but I requested assistance and an accommodation under the ADA. I was denied several times, even after the "manager," Dominick, made a phone call to another branch. I told him he was creating a hardship for me and that I felt he was being mean, at which point he nodded to the security guard who approached us. I explained what the problem was and he said I was getting "aggressive" even though I had not even raised my voice. He also said I was rude! What I had to do was go next door to Safeway and ask a shopper there to finish filling out the check for me, which she gladly did. I was so embarrassed, I almost started to cry. I consider this treatment exemplary-poor customer service and I allege a violation of the ADA. These employees need some additional training, at the very least, on what the ADA is and what constitutes a reasonable accommodation. Perhaps Chase needs to empower its branch managers to waive a "policy" when warranted. read more

Do not use Chase bank. You never get the same answer twice. I have been trying to close my account with them for a month now. Finally got it closed. Now I'm trying to pay the insufficient charge but they won't take my Discover debt card. I have the Chase Amazon card that I also can't make a payment on because they won't take me card. Their response well you will just have to go to an ATM. I don't have time for that crap. I have been working a ton. Pretty much work eat sleep. Go any where else but to Chase!!! read more

I recently switched from BBVA Compass Bank after almost 10 years -- maybe it was the quirky commercials that sucked me in! When I first came in Mary-Anne was able to quickly sign me up(I had to get an appointment) along with explaining all the nitty gritty details. One of the BIG +++ of this branch is that they have a card printer so you are able to receive your debit card that day. I don't know if all the branches have this -- I know the location on Hampden doesn't. The days of stalking the mail is over. They were also able to print me some temp checks with my name on them. Saturday's are pretty busy I've noticed they try their best to try to move everyone through as fast and efficient as possible. As someone who is a self proclaimed 'app whore' I am totally in love with the Chase App it truly is an amazing app! I have noticed most banking apps are nothing more then a space taker on my phone I can check my balance once in while. The Chase App allows to REALLY bank! This is the WORST branch I've been to. I've been banking at this branch for 6+ years. The line is always out the door because they have only 1 or 2 tellers working at a time. They installed these automated teller machines in the lobby but to be honest I hate them. I do most of my banking electronically. For things like depositing large checks (too large for mobile banking deposits) I'd rather have an actual human putting it into my account. If I wanted to put these checks into a machine I would've used the ATM. I personally feel more comfortable. So instead of adding impersonal machines and taping candy bars to pens for customers, how about reintroducing human tellers? read more

I had a terrible experience with chase . I went in to open an account first things first the guy was flirting with me and then my account was restricted because he had put me down as undocumented that is not true.. I called countless times to try and get my account back they ended up closing my account without telling me!!! Now I can't get my money and this issue has been going on for weeks read more

I have been trying to get an appointment with a banker for 4 days and have called 4 to 5 times a day and no one ever answers the phone and you cannot leave a message for someone to call you back. I called the 800 number and they were of no help. I want to go to this location because it's close to my 84 year old mother and this is were she banks and she and I have to go in together and speak with a banker . I live 30 miles from there. So I don't want to go in without an appointment. read more

I've had Chase for about 6 to 7 years if not longer and never had any problems I would rave about how great this company was up till yesterday about a week and a half ago my son has an account with a a gym and I pay for it $15 a month they decided to take out $200 out of my account for some thing so I went and canceled my debit card and put a fraudulent charge and that started the whole process they decided after they said they're going to send me a new debit card to close my account yesterday in the middle of the day on a Friday when I'm supposed to be getting a direct deposit they didn't tell me they were closing my account they won't tell me why they got rude and they said it's their decision to close it they don't have to tell me why I thought this bank was wonderful but from what I'm looking up online they do this to quite a few people do not go to Chase Bank do not recommend anybody go there they are horrible and they've gotten worse month after month the cashiers are rude Veronica at one of the banks Chase Bank on Buckley I Mississippi an Aurora Colorado rude nobody cares to help you it's like your burden run from this company read more

I love Chase Bank, however there's something with this branch that I really don't know what to describe. I've never been inside of the branch so I can't really comment on that. But I can definitely review on the drive-thru ATM. There's only 1 and it usually has a long line and people always take forever to do their business. The driveway was short and curvy too so there's usually a line coming out to the parking lot. I will stop by some other branches if I need money the next time around. read more

I had some problems with a conglomerate company refunding me only on the debit card that they had on file. I no longer have that card but fear not as Joe My banker, has always been overly helpful in any matter that I had to discuss. In fact, I only go to Joe when I have an issue regardless if he is off that day. I will wait just to have him discuss with me. He remembers me by name every time. He is great but wanted you to know the overall staff are just phenomenal, I chose to keep going to Joe as my issue spanned out for at least a month and it was easier not have to get anyone up to speed on the issue. I would recommend this branch to anyone who believes customer service should be #1 priority. read more

I don't think I've ever felt this awful when going to a bank before in my life. I was too angry to get the tall blonde with very short hair's name, but I will make sure someone knows how I was treated. Due to a family emergency the company I work for paid me early so it wasn't the normal computer generated check, it was a manual check. I get to this Chase at 1627 S Havana St, Aurora, give them 2 forms of id to cash my check. The teller says she has to verify the check then this other woman, the blonde with the very short hair tells the teller one of the forms of id has to be a Master Card ( which is what I gave her). The teller tells her that's what it is, then the blonde proceeds to take over the transaction. She then tells me there is a flag on the account for unusual activity and she'll have to look to see if the other checks on the account look the same as the one I have( keep in mind this is a manual check). As she is looking for other checks that look like mine she proceeds to ask me the following, and I quote;"Are you used to getting this much money?" Is this your regular paycheck?" and finally, " Why are you getting this check?" Tell me are these the questions that Chase normally asks EVERYONE, or was I the one to be treated so special? After she claims to not find a check like mine and after asking questions that are absolutely NONE of her business, she tells me she can't cash the check because she can't find a check that looks like it. REALLY !!! Lets just say the word Angry isn't strong enough, and remember this check is for a family emergency, literally life and death(not exaggerating, not even a little). She then says, "Have a nice day". I called my job and was told to go to the branch on Evans - 2980 W Evans Ave, Denver, CO 80219. I went there and wow, wouldn't you know it, they too had to verify the check, verify my id and then cashed it. I asked about the "flag" and guess what there was none on the account for "unusual activity". They apologized for the wait while they verified the check( which was no wait at all, maybe one minute). Obviously there was nothing wrong with check, the tall blonde woman,( I'll call her Becky) had more of a problem with the color of my skin and me cashing a check that she thought was too much for me and probably thought it was a fraudulent or stolen check, than to do with any problem she made up with the account. I have made sure to tell the owner of the Multi-Million dollar company I work with about what transpired at this branch. read more

Everytime I walk in this branch I get this CONDESCENDING micro aggression from the 3 bank tellers 4 NO REASON! No exaggeration. I walk in there EVERYTIME and they look at another and start giggling... :/ seriously!?!? It's almost like they want me to say Somthing...I never say anything but THIS TIME I DID I asked her what they were laughing at is there something I need to know...then the other teller said with biggotted (sarcasm) no one was talking about u I can assure u about that...then I turned around and said no one was talking to u and he finished his transaction.
