The acquisition caused me days of problems as data was not migrated from Happy Bank to Centennial - all of my prior bank records were deleted and you can imagine what a problem that caused from a personal perspective, let alone my business. I complained many times, and even submitted an invoice for the large time/cost of the mistake, but was of course denied. I therefore started shutting down 12 accounts, and as of today migrated two of the last three accounts to CAPITAL ONE, who has treated me very well.
