I hired Josh to run our Pay per click campaign off of the Fiverr platform. I then said I'll hire you on the spot. He accepted and asked for all of our expansion areas and plans. Once we compiled everything and sent it to him. A few hours later he told us that he took on our competitor and would not be working for us. Three problems here, 1. we hired you first. 2. He now had all our secret growth strategies for the upcoming year. 3. He banned further communications between us on fiverr so he didn't have to own up to his crooked business dealing .
