This place is an absolute JOKE!!!! I called them for a quite because of damage caused by an ice…read moredam. They showed up at my house with a 4 man crew ready to rip out my walls, counter top, sink. Gut the entire room. I told them they were not doing anything and that I only wanted a quite. They were at my house for 30 minutes. The manager informed me that she would be billing me. She actually wanted the money right then and there. She said it would be $250. Apparently that is what they charge to do nothing. Less than a week later I received an actual bill from them for $426. Again they did NOTHING for me. This was an active insurance claim and I told them I needed to wait for the claim to be completed. I continued to receive bills at an obnoxious pace. 60 days later and after me appealing to them about the fact that they didn't lift a finger for me they sent me another letter saying they were going to put a lien on my house if I don't pay them. I would avoid even calling these con-artists for anything. They are nothing but a bunch of ambulance chasers. $426 gone from my pocket for NOTHING at all. Seems like theft to me.
