I have been harrassed at my home by a technician lookin for payment which I'm pretty sure wasn't his job, been told to go ahead and cancel by a customer service tech when their equipment did not work properly, and basically just never had a good experience with them. Last time I talked to them I told them to come get their equipment from my curb cause that was where i was putting it. I would go out of my way and pay more just to not have to deal with Charter. I understand there is not many better options in Rochester Minnesota but I would strongly recommend not going through them for your media needs.
