Well, this is the life. Wow…read more Mooo Apartments sets the bar very high for accommodation in beautiful Prague. Situated directly across from Mosaic House (and under the same management) Moo excels in all the details. First off, the host with the most, Eric -- what a gem. If you looked up "genuine hospitality" I'm sure his name might appear. He is well presented, very friendly, communicative and wants to make your stay feel right at home. He surely does this. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. Recently remodeled and brightly shining, the apartment I stayed in was stylish, comfortable, roomy (a living room! A real kitchen! dishes!) and flawlessly cleaned. There was a big huge swish bed that I sunk into each night wishing I could spend more and more hours in it. The shower is hot and the water pressure great. The building is beautiful. The location is grand, a short distance to all the sites but tucked inside a little alcove that keeps the noise at bay. There's a bakery in the ground floor, a corner shop a few meters away and all the sites of Prague at your fingertips/footsteps. At 90 euros a night, this is easily the best valued room I've stayed at in quite some time. I enjoyed every moment and couldn't have asked for anything more. Quirky, fun, enjoyable and lovely. If you are planning a trip, don't hesitate to book!

To view the palace garden and use the restroom after a 3 hour drive. Not worth the money invested. Trip to shopping area in Vienna wasnt too bad. Translation not the best. We thought it was a bus tour. Not a private tour. So van ride down to Vienna wasnt very comfortable for three hours each way. Definitely wouldnt do it again. Especially for the money spent

There are two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a living room, a dining room and a beautiful kitchen. It comes fully equipped and the renter is very easy to talk to. There's a beautiful outer door which leads to a courtyard. Once you enter the building, it's a few winding stairs but not bad. Rain shower, large bathtub and air conditioning were wonderful bonuses!! I could easily live here forever!

The hotel is located in a good spot with a lot of restaurants and grocery. There is a lift that can fit 2 people. Checkin Process: checkin process is quick and easy. Cleanliness: the rooms are pretty clean, you can tell that this a new hotel cause everything is new. The rooms are huge, not sure if all the rooms are big like that but ours is way to big. Lol Beds: the bed are soft and well maintained. The sofa bed is huge too. Bathroom: it is clean and bigger than the usual. It was taped as "sanitized" so they really clean well. Kitchen: there is a kitchen!! Yes haha you can cook and eat in the dining area. You will feel at home! Service: they were kind. They offer tours too if you want to inquire. I felt safe Restaurants: there is a restaurant beside and has 10% off! Will probably stay here again when I visit Prague! The rooms are big and clean! Great location with a lot of restaurants!

That said, The Royal Court Apartments' staff were also my first impression of the Czech people. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Asya at the front desk was so helpful in getting us settled into our room and continued through out our stay to be a wealth of information about tours, things to see, and recommendations for anything. Our room was gorgeous! Not only was it visually appealing, but the room had AC and lots of little amenities. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and did a great job making our room look fresh after a long day of sightseeing Prague. This place has serious value from this traveler's perspective. I strongly recommend the RCAs. Thank you Royal Court Apartments for taking great care of us, representing your country well, and adding to our experience to Prague. Eric:)

There are 2 restaurants below but it didn't get that noisy. We were pleased by the price. A young gentleman greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

The studio apartments are cheaply decorated with flat pack type furniture. It truly makes IKEA stuff look like luxury. The kitchens come full equipped with enough stuff to make a light meal. The bathroom is old and the water heater didn't always work properly. The apartment won't be cleaned during your stay nor will you receive fresh towels on a daily basis. Per the in room instructions "first" and "final" cleaning are provided and it is your responsibility to do the final cleaning of the kitchen. What? This is crazy. Most the rooms face the courtyard and folks hang out on the terraces or balcony to the wee hours. I am writing this review at 12:41am and it is still noisy and even loud music coming from folks sitting outside. The noise just echoes off the surrounding buildings enhancing the noise further. Again in-house instructions state "during evening and night, please do not make noise in the hallways or stair. EDUCATION and RESPECT" is requested but, few are adhering to this rules. What makes it worse is the apartment is not equipped with air conditioning (Klimatization) so, during the summer of 36/97 degrees you must keep windows open to get some fresh air and cool off. But, the noise is unbearable. Even worse their isn't any security or management staff enforcing any of the rules. The only time you will see the staff is upon arrival and departure. If you have serious problems you may have to call them. Also, our safe did not work. It appears the battery operated keypad was low on battery. This did not make me feel happy as all the balconies connect. So, leave all your expensive electronic gadgets at home or carry them with you at all times. We felt safe but, again we exercised caution and always kept windows and balcony door closed when we were out. The Pizzeria on the premises is very convenient although, it is a bit pricey. Half of my meal arrived cold. My friends meal arrived just as cold as mine. I have also experienced garbage processing at odd hours once at around 5am (after a sleepless night due to the noise) garbage bins are being dragged on cobblestones and another time past midnight. If you can put up with the nuances of noise and cheap flat pack furniture then this place for you.
