I don't know what "store" the other review was talking about, because Gary told me he works out of his house. So basically I decided not to use these balloons (and no, nothing was confirmed, or supposed to be ordered), and Gary emails me a nasty message. The girl was extremely rude and i had to ask for other options. She said I can get a 26 foot truck for 100 a day. Our original was a 16 foot truck for 30 a day. Not an option. She was rude and nasty to me offering no solution. Skip this rental location.
