I had engaged her design services on several occasions and had previously found her advice worthwhile; was satisfied with kitchen remodel. Difficult to sit on shower bench as shelf above measured too low. My installer agrees quality is inferior and measurements inappropriate, we will not finish install. Made several calls to Charlotte ; at first she promised to "make it right," but later refused to come out to see the cabinets.
