I've used Angie's list to look for contractors and it's been an absolute disappointment in every way. So, since I'm an Elite Yelper, I decided to give my own platform a try to see what I could come up with. I went to the YELP page and clicked on the "Projects" tab. I put my needs in a quote request and within 3 hours, I had my first two quotes. The third company took two days to get back to me, so needless to say, I struck that one off the list. Cezar & Paula Chavez are a husband/wife team. They own All-Shine Window Cleaning. They gave me a quote that was comparable to the other business that gave me a quote, but this business was different. They were enthusiastic, explained their services and what to expect, then gave me a quote and explained everything that I could expect. They are also independently owned which gave me an opportunity to give back to the community where I live. They arrived on the day of the appointment at 9:00 am: right on time. I am really a stickler on this one. I met Cezar and then walked him through the house showing which windows needed to be cleaned. Then, he and his wife, Paula, worked their magic. They were so meticulous. Paula did the inside of the windows, including the sills and Cezar did the outside. They are a great team.
