In addition to suggesting several possible venues (and we loved the venue we used - Putter's on Rt. 18), she met with us ahead of time to discuss the food. We decided to do food stations of various cultures - Mediterranean, French and Asian along with a dessert table. The presentation was gorgeous, and everyone raved about the food.
