Amazing staff! Super nice when I come. Always have to stop and grab a lemonade when I go to the px.

What a gem! From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted. Burgers were perfectly grilled…read morewith plenty of options. And extremely clean and well lit.

Well I don't quite want to write a bad review but I had a situation happen yesterday and I am…read morereally not appreciating the way it was handled and what manager told me over the phone. Normally I am more than satisfied with my poboy sandwich,it's loaded with shrimp and price is great, their strawberry custard is great. Well yesterday I ordered my poboy like I always do through the app with add poboy sauces that normally come in small containers. I drove through the window, got my bag and drove off to the beach. As soon as I left the town I decided it was time to enjoy my sandwich. I opened it up and boy.it was soaked soggy in sauce,it was looking like a soup and impossible to eat.i thought maybe someone on the spectrum made it , someone new .I called them back to ask what happened and manager told me she made it that way because I asked for it like that! I should have taken a picture of that, there is nowhere I asked for a saggy sandwich I can not pick up with my hand and eat,I don't know how the person with the mindset like that got a managing job,my bad miss Manager, but I will be extra cautious now ordering anything from them and make sure she is not making anything else for me,if that is how managers were working at other locations I am not surprised that chain closed down for good.

I'm staying in Fayetteville indefinitely, and honestly, finding good restaurants for quality…read moretakeout here can feel a little depressing for me compared to the major cities I used to live in. That said, Su's Sub has always been a staple for me since my high school years, so it's nostalgic when I come get takeout from here. The owners have always been great! They are friendly, welcoming, and consistent. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality of their food makes the overall quality great. The place itself is small and quaint, not fancy at all, but that's part of its charm. It's just good food without any flashy gimmicks. I usually go for their bulgogi and rice, or the bulgogi sub for my personal order and it always hits the spot. I'll grab other subs for my family when we want a substantial meal instead of the usual fast food in the area. It's not really fair to compare them to other sub shops or Korean spots I've been to, they've made their own niche with their menu options. Some might find it unusual that most of the menu is made up of classic American subs with just a few Korean options, but I honestly think that's part of their charm. In a town where most takeout is mediocre or dominated by fast food and chain restaurants, I can always count on Su's Sub for a reliable, flavorful meal.

My godson (6 years old) chose this spot after coming out of Food Lion where we only went in for him…read moreto spend his quarter on a gumball. I'm glad he chose this spot, because not only did they have subs (which he wanted), they also had Bulgogi! It was really good Bulgogi, but the side of kimchi was so good!! My godson got the spicy chicken sub with only chicken & cheese, and he really enjoyed it- he ate almost the entire half, which also came with fries. The man at the counter was so sweet to him, and my godson really enjoyed their interaction. My godson told the man he really liked the sub a lot. My godson said he will return everyday for a sub!
