They were on time, packages are not overpriced like others and most of all DELICIOUS. Seriously everything had such great flavor and I lovedddd the spicy potatoes add on. So sooo good! I read a review on bad attitude from the lady owner. I never had any issues with her at all and have spoken to her plenty of times. They're a very friendly couple (she's a little quiet but friendly, the hubby is talkative) works out perfect! and I personally love that it's family owned. Great service and great food and I'm always serious about my reviews

Not recommend for a few reasons. 1. The lady owner has bad…read moreattitude when it comes to addressing customer's concerns. 2. They never told me that they charge extra when picking up the next day. Even in the contract it says 24 hrs. Anything after 24 hrs there will be extra charge. But no, when the husband delivered asked me for another $50 if I wanted them to pick up the next day, otherwise he would pick up at 9:00 p.m so I disagreed because that was not explained to me when I got the quote so I ended up giving him another $30 so my total for the night was $380. (See picture). 2. Also during the party the bull stopped working properly, it would only do turns. So when I told her next day, she stated that she couldn't reimburse anything because I should of called right away. Husband said they have this problem sometimes. So be aware. If it happens yo have to call immediately and she said they will come fix it. 3. Customer service.. so if you have a concern, you will deal with the wife. Who has a bad attitude. I understand if you can't reimburse or don't want to do anything for customer, but there are ways to do so without being rude. 4. I guess the few positive things... the husband has a good attitude but he only deals with installation. One of the connection was damaged when he installed and left. We called them and he came back and fixed it. Yes, master bull is nice, but if it doesn't work properly it is definitely not worth risking $380 dls for it. Especially to have to deal with someone like her. Hopefully she takes some customer service classes to learn how properly and in a simple way, say N0 to her customers. On my part, I would never use them again, neither recommend.

I really want to get this review up because we were pretty skeptical when hiring Jumpadee Jumps…read morebecause they had so few reviews. But after working with them, I want anyone who sees this to know that this is a legit company run by great people that really care about their customers. They are a newer company, so I have no doubt the reviews will come. I can already confidently say they will deliver an incredible experience and go above and beyond to take care of you. We worked worked with Caesar and Brittany, and you can tell this is their passion. We got their white bounce house with the ball pit and slide, and it was the highlight of our 2 year old daughter's birthday party. Every kid had a blast, and the parents had so many great things to say about it. It was perfect for the 2-3 year old age range, and even I had a lot of fun in it too. To illustrate their level of care, before our party, I was concerned that the bounce house seemed to have lost a little air, and they drove out (over an hour to our place), brought a backup blower just in case, and fixed the issue. It ended up being something very simple, but the fact they happily came out and were super kind about it was extremely impressive to me. Most businesses would not do that. So with all that said, if you are considering working with them, just do it! Great people, great company, and great bounce houses! I have nothing but amazing things to say about them.

Because of the rain in the forecast, we were trying to find a good solution, and Angel responded to me immediately. She was so easy to communicate with. I tried sending her a picture of last year's setup, but it wouldn't go through, so she even gave me her personal number (and thankfully she had an iPhone, yay!) so I could send it directly. She was incredibly gracious and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She asked thoughtful questions and really tried to help me figure out what would work best for our event. The pricing was also very reasonable, $350 for a 20x40 tent for the day, plus service fees and taxes. Honestly, that's extremely affordable. Unfortunately, since our event is for a nonprofit, it ended up being outside our budget this time, so we weren't able to move forward with the rental. BUT I absolutely plan to come back to Fran Kid Jump in the future. If I ever need a tent for an event, especially one that might get rained on, I will be reaching back out to Angel. She was amazing, and I highly recommend Fran's Kids Jump for party rentals!
