The Seller and I each signed (thanks, as well, to the Seller for being so prompt), turned it around after hours that night, and Eva rushed it to an underwriter and managed to get me a new Declarations Page bearing my name before NOON the next day!! When I cancelled my homeowner's insurance I was billed a reinstatement fee. When I didn't pay to reinstate a policy I had cancelled I was sent to "collection services". Since they had been adequate for a long time, I did not give them 1 star. I just cannot recommend them. It's a shame, but there it is.
