After an exam, he explained that I had a rare but treatable tear to the cementum (part of tooth). Of course, he couldn't be 100% sure, but he carefully explained the procedure, risks and possibilities. We decided to go through with it. He did, in fact, find the tear. And repaired the tooth and bone tissue during the procedure. When I returned to my regular dentist, he was so surprised -- he in fact had never heard of this condition. I am so pleased and happy the Dr. Silberg and his entire dental practice.

The procedure was quick (30 minutes) and the post surgery instructions were clear. My follow up appointments were thorough and Dr. Manning communicated with my dentist about my procedure.
