In a word - cosy place to chill for a calm evening, or just some wine and dine…read morePay some extra, don't try to screw the system :)
Longer version (for the brave) - must admit first, that I haven't been to weinerei or however you spell it yet, but understood that's the "little brother"
With 2 euro entry and bottomless wine
Tucked away in a very unexpected place, took me a minute to figure out there's actually a bar in that street (missed the huge barrel of wine in the front somehow) -
Rather small and cosy place, plus not too crowded in the middle of the week, at least when we were there, so if you need a quiet one- you got it
Biggest advantage is that you're not allowed to smoke inside, love it.
The food is simple but well made, it all looked, smelled and tasted delicious.
Nice variety of wine to choose from, there were about 10 bottles on the table, first you pay and get a glass, then you drink and eat as you want, and at the end you pay what you think is fair.
I got a little sour face from the guy who works there when I paid (a fair price, swear!) not sure what they expect.. that pissed me off a little, but still a rather nice experience.
Probably gonna come by again
