The ability to get same day turnaround when I order in the morning is a huge plus, and being able to pick up locally makes the process super convenient. I also tried their UV DTF transfers. Solid shapes came out great, but more intricate designs with small lettering didn't transfer as cleanly and were a bit more difficult to work with compared to others I've ordered online. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. One thing to note is their weekday-only hours (closing at 5 and not open on weekends), which can be tough to work around if you have a full time job. That said, I once messaged them about a late pickup and someone was working a little after hours so I could get my order. Overall, a reliable local business with great service and quality, especially for standard DTF needs.

I had the BEST experience with 4C Print Shop in Minneola! I was in a bind and needed two shirts…read moreprinted before the weekend. I called them right before closing, and instead of brushing me off, they kindly suggested I try Michaels for the color I needed. I rushed to get the shirts and made it back just minutes before they closed. Even though it was after hours, she still worked on my proof and sent it to me at 4:20. The next morning, I got a text that the shirts were already finished and ready for pickup! It's rare to find a business that truly cares about their customers the way 4C Print Shop does. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I am so grateful. If you're looking for great quality, fast turnaround, and amazing customer service, don't go anywhere else -- this is the shop to trust!

My business partner and I were looking for a company to utilize for our printing needs. Upon…read morecalling Tip Tops we were met with a less than helpful "customer service" representative. Upon explaining our needs, the individual only asked the name of our business and then proceeded to sarcastically repeat it back, as if "Tip Tops" is top notch, following up with "not a good time, we're kinda busy." My issue isn't the overall garbage attitude of the employee...some people just aren't built for customer service. My issue is the overall lack of professionalism and disregard for quality customer service in a customer service driven business. It appeared as though our business wasn't interesting enough to Tip Tops ...okay cool not everyone's cup of tea. That being said, the representative could have professionally explained why the business wouldn't be able to fulfill our requests and potentially could have offered a solution or time frame, if there was one, that they could assist us. If the customer service is any indication of this businesses work product, I'd run for the hills. There's plenty of print shops available to utilize and this one clearly doesn't care about it's customer service or networking opportunities. There are many print shops out there with good customer service and experience in professionalism, this isn't it. Tip Tops was dismissive and carried the attitude of a business that feels it's established enough that it no longer has to create or maintain relationships. Not a recommendation to our friends with print needs.

I originally left a 5 star review here years ago because the quality of the work was solid and…read moreeverything was handled in house. That is exactly why this update is so disappointing. My recent experiences have been the complete opposite of what I once respected about this business. After returning back to Florida, permanently this time .... with a bag full of dresses that needed to be dry cleaned I was required to prepay due to an incident from over five years ago when I unintentionally forgot to pick up clothing before my return back to CA. . I understand policies around unclaimed items and take responsibility for that. What I do not accept is the way this was handled. From that point forward, the treatment I received was consistently cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I brought my clothes in multiple times after that, and every single visit carried the same unmistakable sense that I was not welcome. There was no effort to reset the relationship, no basic courtesy, and no professionalism in how a returning customer was treated. This was not a one time interaction. It was repeated behavior over multiple visits. People do forget items at cleaners. It happens. Most businesses address it, set their policy, and move on. Here, it felt punitive and personal, which is not how a professional business should operate. I paid in advance as required, complied with their (NEW) policy that they set JUST for me... , and returned in good faith more than once. The response and demeanor I received each time was the same level of cold and unwelcoming treatment. That is not acceptable in any service environment, and it is THUS the reason I will not return.
