The driver was very polite and knew what he was doing. 10 out of 10 I would absolutely recommend this company. Don't waste your time with those other companies. They are higher priced and not as polite.

When they called wanting $200.00 to deliver to my requested repair shop, or let them take it to their yard for free, I knew something was up. I have AAA and didn't know they weren't my tow company till they had my car on their truck. When I asked the driver what the hell he was doing with my car on his truck, he said the Tennessee highway patrol called him. The driver took my daughter, granddaughter, and son in law with the car, to McDonald's parking lot to wait for me. When I arrived they were there with the owner of the company and the officer that handled the accident....... weird! Because this problem truly was between the company and I. Now I have the highway patrolman calming down the fact this towing company was trying to scam me. The officer informed me that my name was not on the registration and therefore wasn't my business. Even though it's my daughter, and my AAA, and my insurance,,,, ohhhh and the car is in my wife's name. I feel this is what is happening....... the patrolman is friendly with the tow company, maybe compensated, when I called them out on it,they all worked very hard to make it go away.... The owner of the company called me the biggest prick he'd ever seen, and that he'd been in business for 30 years, and that his company was the only Highway approved towing company in Tennessee ,,,, that was enough for me. I told Charles towing to get the car off their truck and I'd have it towed by my original tow truck company. They dropped it in place and left. I'll be turning this over to proper investigation agencies. Be very weary of this odd SCAM JOB
