Recently, I hired Steve to photograph an impromptu wedding of a dear friend that was being held at my house. Keenly aware that my experience as a professional home stager in no way qualifies me to act as a wedding planner, I was very worried that the event would fall short of the bride's expectations. In addition, I was concerned that my modest house would not provide an adequate backdrop for Steve to capture the special moments of the day. Family photos , senior pictures , headshots , she can do them all and very well at that! Go with her you won't be disappointed! From the second our family walked through her studio door for our photo shoot , we felt welcomed and comfortable. She communicated well to us and had a delious batch of chocolate chip cookies and ice water waiting. (for the extremely warm newborn room) Her booklet for us to browse through was sitting there too. Very professional , yet warm and inviting. She got our baby boy ready and kept him comfortable as he dozed. She captured some really amazing shots of our little , yet 9lb baby. She suggested poses for all of us , yet I felt comfortable requesting my own thoughts to get her opinion on.
