I ask if they can remove it because it's their error that caused the late payment. They rejected several times in a cold manner. They would have deleted if Amy Chase admitted that she give me wrong information, instead of taking accountability she said she don't remember telling me that maybe because of fear of losing her job. There are no additional fees for doing shared branch banking. The staff here are very friendly. They make the process very easy. While here, they generally have Free Advantage cards available, which provides discounts to different places around Hampton Roads too. Overall, this is a great branch and is fairly easy to get to.
