I mean, I'm trying to give you my money. I understand covid, but several bank lobbies are open but they won't open an account without an appointment. Very inconvenient, despite the pandemic because it should only take a couple minutes. The only reason I hesitated to deposit here, was because they don't have many locations. We have other accounts here and have always been satisfied. So when I called with my dilemma, they were like, "Come right in." Nelly helped me and opened my account in less than 5 minutes and you receive your debit card on the spot! She was accommodating and cordial and also helped me with another transaction. I told the manager, Barbara my experience and was determined to give them a rave review for taking care of this. You would think the other banks would be vying for business! For some hand crafted drinks, they offered 50% discount when paying with Capital One credit or debit card. But there's no restroom at the cafe. We went to the cafe to take a break from the heat wave outside. The supervisor at the store was very welcoming, greeting every guest who was walking in. I ordered their summer special Island Spritz drink and got the 50% discount for using my CO card. The drink was ready in a minute. Super quick service. The staff members were patient and friendly at the register. I liked the drink a lot, could totally taste the pineapple and the coconut flavors in the drink. State farm insures a driver who plowed into the back of a car at a red light. That car hit another…read morecar that hit my car and caused thousands and thousands of dollars worth of damage. State farm, while accepting liability for the car that plowed into the car behind me, says they are not liable for that car then hitting another car that ended up hitting my car. So they won't cover the damages to my car. No wonder insurance companies are so beloved here in America. Terrible company with policies being created a bunch of swindlers.
