After looking at a lot of Groups to organize my family and get ready for retirement, Alliance…read moreWealth took the time to sit down and plan out our lives. Ken and Paul were easy to understand and made this ordeal easy to understand. There are Larger groups here in Flemington that seem to talk down to you and make you feel that you are not welcome into their group. A lot of Finance groups just want to sell you an insurance investment where you are locked into them for 7 to 10 years. Ken laid out a solid plan, They performed a stress test and came out with a plan to see if you will outlive your retirement money. They don't take control of your money, just manage how it should be invested. Your money will stay with Schwab, Etrade, or another firm. I enjoyed being treated like an adult without feeling like a 2nd rate citizen. We don't have alot of money but, they still made my wife and I feel like we where the only thing important to them. I would recommand Alliance Wealth to my friend and family.

We pay an annual fee and he meets with us twice a year and as things come up that need attention. He is pretty conservative, knows the business well, is professional and has done an excellent job making sure we stay on track with our financial to-do list. He is the 'bad cop' who makes sure we update our will, fully fund our 401K fund contribution, apply for new term life insurance as our others expire, and keep our paperwork accurate in the case of an emergency. I am fully aware that none of this would happen in our household without us feeling accountable to someone. Handling the investing was overwhelming for me, and I am glad we found someone we trust who is so knowledgeable.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend The Glenn Davis Team of Benchmark Lending. They are as…read moregood as it gets! As a first time home buyer, I was on a major learning curve. I had the privilege of meeting and working with Glenn and his team this summer on purchasing a house within a four week time period. Super Fast! They kept me informed every step of the way. They worked succinctly and in a timely fashion to get the mortgage approved and the great interest rate locked in. Glenn Davis and his colleagues displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility and ambition. Their good judgment and optimistic outlook ensured a logical and practical approach to creative financing. They are definitely the leaders rather than the followers in the industry. Benchmark Lending will be an asset to any person(s) who is looking to purchase a home or refinance. I am happy to give my wholehearted endorsement. ~ Stacey R.
