They have moved from College Parkway to their new location which is much easier to access from RT 50 near the "Red Hot and Blue". I also love the Highs gas station nearby, but that's another story. :) They are great for quick and easy tax preparation, financial consulting, IRAs, 401K rollovers, etc... I can handle doctors, dentists, needles and even surgery, but financial advisors give me the willies. However, CFP and especially Julie, made me feel so much better and I finally feel as if I'm in control. It's really worth making an appointment and just get in there and talk to them! I can sleep better tonight knowing they are helping.

I was pleased to find that the office was open, and had implemented safety measures to protect both their staff and customers. They have installed a monitor and a drop box in their vestibule. So you can step inside, speak to a customer service representative on the monitor, place your transaction paperwork in an envelope, and leave it in the box. They had extra pens and hand sanitizer available. Mission accomplished. Thank you. (Fidelity also sent an email confirmation and then a representative followed up this morning with a phone call since the in person interaction had been more limited).

Today I needed to do some business inside the building, and I was immediately greeted upon entry by Stephen and Khameron. The lobby area is warm and welcoming, while also giving a professional vibe with leather on the arms of chairs, and a sophisticated table and lamp set up. Stephen and Khameron seemed genuinely interested in me and the actions I needed to complete. They were professional and efficient, and I did not have to wait long at all. I was offered refreshment as well. As a result of my interactions I will definitely return for in person help whenever necessary.
