Irresponsible realtor caused a lot of chaos. Never work with this company. By the way, her lack of communication even caused the buyer to miss their closing date.

There was flooding under the floor boards and when it was brought to their attention we found out weeks later that the handyman was no longer working for them. We brought it up again and nothing was done to fix it. The airconditioning unit was also faulty. The heat never worked properly. In the end Kelly Price took a very long time to return our deposit and insisted on keeping a portion of it. We asked to be apart of the walkthrough with them and it was done without. I called to find out when our deposit would be returned and was told that I never gave a forwarding address (which I did when returning the key) and so I would have to wait until the check arrived. When speaking with the assistant she only told me that the full deposit was not returned but could not give me further detail, directing me to the voicemail option. This company takes home renters for granted. There is minimal effort on their part. Once we were told that they never received a rent check when in fact it was brought to them in time. They appologized shortly thereafter.

I moved into that property with the kitchen cabinets painted BABY BLUE. Upon approval, I painted them to match the appliances, and upon moving out, had to paint them back to that awful color. ANGEL HIDALGO took SIX HUNDRED dollars from my security deposit to re-paint the cabinets, claiming that the "owners claimed the cabinets to be WHITE upon move in." So they take $600 based upon a lie, and it gets even better... I view the property a year later - THEY NEVER PAINTED. Look up the property, the cabinets are BLUE! I got charged $600 for them to supposedly paint them white, and they literally just stole the money. This will not be the last they hear of me.

This has been an awful experience for me. More than 48 hours after closing, I still had not seen…read morepayment. After contacting Sunbelt multiple times, I was finally told that the previous day, they discovered that they had requested the wrong pay off date on my paperwork from PennyMac the mortgage company therefore they didn't have the correct payoff amount so my wire transfer was cancelled. The frustrating part was that they knew that I was wondering what was taking so long because I had already called and inquired. And it wasn't until my second or third call that they told me what they had found. I should have been notified immediately that there was a major error. Not the next day after I had to reach out again. It has now been FOUR days and I still haven't been paid for the sale of my home. Sunbelt is blaming my mortgage company saying the delay is on them. PennyMac did nothing wrong. Their calculation process takes 48 hours. That is why the correct information should have been requested in the first place. The other irritating part is when I asked how this happened, ***** response was "Well I was on vacation and I thought the paperwork was correct." An employee's vacation should have no bearing on my paperwork. And blaming the mortgage company is unprofessional. Again, had the CORRECT date of payoff been requested PRIOR to my close date of 11/29, we would not be waiting on ANYTHING from the mortgage company. I am remodeling a home and because of this delay, I had to cancel several contractors who were scheduled to begin critical work on the home we are now living in. We are unable to finish critical plumbing repairs because we are still waiting on payment. Waiting now four days to be paid for the sale of a home, in which the new owners are now living in, is completely absurd.

When we found the house we loved, and begun the process of purchasing the home, we started to feel like she didn't have our best interest in mind. We felt that she seemed to side with the sellers realtor in most things and try to cut corners with repairs found on the inspection. During the inspection process, she had told us everything was completed that was asked to be done, except one thing. This was not true. We were upset regarding this so She said she'd pay for two repairs to help us feel better and close the deal. After we closed, I had to keep in touch with her regarding the repairs she had promised us. One repair was competed without any problems. The other was an issue. She sent over a repairman who walked out on the job. I tried to contact her regarding the horrible customer service and the job not being completed so she wouldn't be charged for things that weren't completed. The next morning, she chose to respond in an email stating how she is 'disappointed in the way I spoke with her vendors,' and accusing me of being disrespectful. She then stated she will no longer do any of the repairs. She continued the email ending our relationship and her promised responsibilities. I had attempted to call her to discuss her email and she wouldn't answer any of my calls. I do not recommend her as a realtor to anyone. We learned our lesson.
