Upon calling, a very nice woman told me she could send someone out in about an hour. Andrew, the owner of the company came to our house and diagnosed the pump in front of me. He told me (and showed me) that the pump was fine. Andrew seemed much more knowledgeable and professional than the other techs we have dealt with. I'm so glad we did not go with the other company that told us we needed a new pump when in reality the pump was fine and they most likely wanted our money. We appreciate Entechs honesty and expertise and will surely use them in the future for all of our irrigation needs!

My parents had to go out of town for the hurricane and did not pay right away as they wanted something fixed before they paid and they said that they were going to send the bill to collections if my father did not pay immediately. He took measurements and called us with the quote a couple days later. We were more than pleased with the quote. From that point on, everything went smooth as it could have. The demo went well and Avigna worked with me with scheduling as I had some plumbing changes to make. Tran the installer was fantastic. His crafsmanship was excellent and fast. Everything was installed perfectly, square and plumb and all doors were aligned exact. He installed the crown molding perfectly and again quickly. He is good. The template measurement came just a couple days after installation of the cabinets. And the countertop came a couple days after that. Avigna called us a day or two prior to every phase of the remodel to make sure we were ready and available. The countertop fit was amazing as well. The backsplash came just days after that. We are too pleased as to how well the entire process was done. NO complaints whatsoever. Thatnk you John, Sri, Tran and the granite layers and all involved. I will recommend Avigna to everyone Clint & Debbi R.

I needed someone I could trust from a distance, to help without taking advantage of him. I couldn't get anyone to give me the time of day once they saw the structure in person. I had no idea what to do. NexGen was the first company to be transparent and tell me honestly what I was dealing with, what it would take to truly repair the damage, why no one else wanted to help me, and not only helped give me options, but provided me with solutions. They brought me solutions within my fathers budget, to allow him the integrity and security of aging in the place he loves. I was impressed with their communication, how well prepared they were, and with the professionalism of the crew. They worked like a well oil machine on install day. My dad is beaming with pride now at his new roof, and has taken a renewed interest in making the rest of his home just as nice. Thank you Armand and the whole Nexgen team, I appreciate you so much! I could not have asked for the product or service to be any better than it was. From beginning to end, it was the Gold Standard in remodeling experiences. There are many quality restoration companies out there, but NexGen's trustworthy character is what sets them a part. The way that they treated their customer like family, really impressed me.

I live in a townhouse and my next door neighbor recently installed a roof. I let a lot of things go…read moreat first but it's reached a point I need to let my complaints be known-they started stupidly early and were making tons of noise before allowed- if I wanted to call the sheriffs office for violating noice ordinances I could have. Then they left a HUGE mess behind. I was pulling roofing nails out of my kids toys, I had plants in my garden smothered by debris, flower pots I had to pull DOZENS of nails out of, picking up pieces of roof for days, had to deep clean my porch and everything on it because it was covered in nasty gritty roof stuff. They did a bare minimum cleanup job but I was still left with a lot of mess on all sides of my house AND IT GETS WORSE. The seam on the roofline between our houses looks like nothing my dad (who has spent 40+ years in contraction has ever seen). And not long after installation we started getting a leak along the wall we share with our neighbor. My dad suspects it's coming in under that seam due to the way they layered the shingles. I'm not a roofer but I do know that I had no leak before they came and I do have one now. I contacted my HOA guy who got in contact with Next Gen roofing and I followed up 10/6. They thanked me and scheduled someone to come out at 12:30 on 10/8. my husband waited for hours and nobody ever came. The man responsible for the roof called me late Thursday 10/8 afternoon with no knowledge of the 12:30 scheduled follow up. Said he'd look into things and never got any follow up. Then a storm system came through and what started as a small leak spread further through the ceiling. And now we can hear can hear it running down the inside of the walls. So on top of fixing the roof I will also need drywall repair, mold remediation, and who knows what else. And it still doesn't seem to be a priority for them to fix this. I'm doomed to watch my bedroom get progressively worse and worse as the storm does on. Worrying for my spouse with asthma and my young children because mold and mildew are so harmful, and those things become inevitable with an uncontrolled leak

So I turned to Yelp and landed on Advanced Electric of North Florida. Brice responded within 30 minutes of my request for service, and this was on the weekend. Jamal and Jamal showed up on time, worked straight through to lunch and did a great job. They were polite, thoughtful and responded to our requests. The cost hit pretty much what I figured it would based on their rates and we were very satisfied. On a wholly different but related note. As a Black man I usually hope for evidence of diversity in the workforce of any company I hire. I appreciate that Advanced Electric hires and promotes young men of color in a field that is dominated by white men. For me this is essential and I wish more companies were like Advanced Electric.
