Jack, the owner, is especially helpful, friendly, and laid back, he is there to help and answer any questions, but never pressures you into purchasing anything. On one occasion I took to him a thin gold chain that had gotten tangled very badly, he worked on it (I think for a few hours!) and managed to get it untangled- he didn't charge me a thing for the service! We were in the area and my husband asked if I'd like to go in and take a look to see if I can find something I'd like. We walked in and were immediately greeted, asked if I needed any help and I said no thanks I'm just browsing. They said if I have any questions to please let them know. I walked the whole store, except this one little spot that some customer was blocking. They finally stepped away from the last spot I didn't get a chance to look at and there it was, I fell in love. Loredana (Lori) asked if I needed any help and I pointed out to the one that caught my eye. As I held it, it just got better and better, every angle was beautifully made. She asked my husband what his budget was and she came back with many options of diamonds we can choose from. She's very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. After we were done she said it'll take about 5-6 weeks for them to fit the diamond. I also came back 3 weeks later to get my wedding band resized and we asked her to please call us back when both rings are ready for pickup. Lori was so nice to keep checking the status of my rings, which kept things moving along. We were called a week later saying that both rings are ready for pickup. I'm so excited that it's finally on my finger, I can't stop looking at it. She also gave us a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine. We thank you Lori for the wonderful customer service you provided for us. We will definitely be back!
