When I needed proof of insurance for my HOA I emailed Kathleen and she not only answered my questions; but she also had the document emailed to me in less than an hour. Recently I was in a car accident in which I was hit by another driver. I called Kathleen right away and she was on it! By that afternoon she had filed a claim with Farmers for me so that I could deal with going to the doctor etc. Kathleen continued to follow up and when the person who had hit me failed to call in a claim with their own insurance Kathleen did so herself. When that third party insurance was dragging their feet and it was weeks without them following up or making any progress Kathleen went to bat for me by not only calling that insurance, but also by calling the third party herself. She basically did the job of the other insurance agency for them, just so that I could have peace of mind and get the claim taken care of. No matter what you need, big or small, Kathleen will always help you and support you. It is nice to know that you will always have someone on your side with your best interest at heart.
