Some may call it a small job but to me it was huge. I had my work done by a maxillofacial, oral surgeon by the name of Bernard Ian Krupp,DDS at the Krupp Center. I must say walking in I was fine and they made me feel very secure and trusting in them. However, once I sat in the chair the gitters started to kick in; the nurse knew it when I asked to use the bathroom. She said "hurry back and don't run out on us". ahhahahaahhahaha! It was so ironic because that is exactly what I was thinking almost like she was reading my mind. Just as well I know I wasnt the only one who has been like this. After the restroom i sat back down nervouslly. Once she place the mask on my face for sedation, I started to become more relaxed of coarse. Almost like I had a couple shots of vodka, lol. Oddly enough I never felt like I went to sleep, when I woke up I said to the surgeon "when am I suppose to fall asleep"? He started laughin and says, "were done Mr. Stephens". Well once it was over I felt so relieved that it was done and the process was successful. I have been following all the rules that the surgeon have set for me and the healing is coming along very well. Oddly, I have not had any swelling, which may be due to the amount of ice I have had on my face. Secondly, I have codeine, amoxicillin and ibuprofen that I have been taken. Ironically, with all these medications I'm taking I still feel normal; even after the surgery I was walking and talking regular. I just would like to say the Krupp Center is highly recommended not just by me but from other reviews. The dentist I visited prior to the Krupp Center informed me that they would have to break my jaw bone to remove the teeth because of how impacted it was (they were literally facing horizontal). The Krupp Center didnt take more than 30mins for the surgery and they didnt have to break my jaw bone. So if you or anyone you know needs to have their wisdom teeth removed inform them to take a look at the Krupp Center.

I visited Aspen Dental for a cleaning last summer. They did X-Rays and then said I would have to…read morecome back for a cleaning. Annoying, but whatever. At my follow up, my teeth were cleaned, the hygienist was super nice, I set a six month appointment and that was that. I had my new dental establishment. Fast forward to December, my appointment gets cancelled. It is rescheduled for January. I can't make that one so I reschedule. That one gets cancelled. I put appointments on the back burner for two months. I then call, set up another appointment, and that gets cancelled. Finally I am able to go to an appointment in May that isn't cancelled. I tell them I haven't had a cleaning since the prior summer. They take measurements of my gums and tell me I will have to return for my cleaning. What!??? Just clean my teeth please. The kicker is, when I go to check out, I'm told I need a deep cleaning and with insurance it will run me about $3,000. Uh, no thank you. I went somewhere else, somewhere that does not accept my insurance, and had X-rays, a cleaning, a super communicative and pleasant hygienist and dentist face time all in one visit. And, are you ready for this, it cost me so much less than what Aspen wanted to charge me. Sorry Aspen, I'm out.

He needed multiple…read moretooth extractions due to old jaw trauma, and I was nervous going in, but the entire team was amazing from start to finish. They were patient with every question I had, explained the plan clearly, and even sat me down afterward to walk through photos of the procedure so I understood exactly what they did. They were also able to fit us in quickly, which I appreciated more than I can say. Was it expensive? YES -- extremely!!!! But they did excellent work, treated my dog with real compassion, and called afterward to check on him. What really won me over was the level of care after surgery. They had a student hold my dog for three hours because he's a lap dog, not a crate dog and was crying post surgery.

The staff were also friendly and helpful with any questions. Great communication was maintained between them, my primary vet and CVCA. The only odd encounter that I experienced was as we were picking up my cat another person in a back room was screaming very loudly and yelling profanity. Without asking any questions as I awkwardly stood there going over paperwork, I assumed it was a staff based on the nurses response as the nurse discharging us laughed uncomfortably as she apologized profusely. Which at that point as she went back to let them know she was discharging a patient- the response was not kind. Another nurse even came out front to ask what was going on, simply laughed and went back. While I am all for fun and games amongst coworkers, I do also value professionalism when working with clients or patients.

Astonishing. He used very cool technology. He explained the processes ahead of time and during the procedures and was kind and attentive. Called to check in both evenings after. I was given excellent discharge care instructions. I would definitely recommend him. I was referred by my dentist. The assistants who worked with Dr. Hyatt were also terrific--friendly, helpful, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable. On the other hand, Dr. Hyatt's front desk staff could do better. On my first visit, I was seen more than 60 minutes after my appt. time. Dr. Hyatt apologized, said he got tied up with a difficult case. It's oral surgery--that happens and is understandable. What is not at all understandable is that the people at the front desk can't be bothered to say anything. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked when I would be seen and was just told "He's running late." There is no excuse for no communication, especially when there are 5-6 staff people. It sets things off on a very wrong foot--I felt disrespected. It all matters.

By the time I got to my car I was bleeding n I was in way more pain than the initial surger. he didn't bother to even put them on straight or wipe off the excess cemen. He just left me holding them in place n walked out the room. He is extremely unprofessional and an arrogant asshole! stay away from him
