I told Dr. Chen as well that I hate surprise bills. I complained of potential neuropathy and plantar fasciitis at least 3 times. All she did was a referral for neuropathy. She did no testing. She didnt check me for plantar fasciitis. And then I get hit with a huge bill for a 5 minute appointment with only questions asked. If you weren't even going to check reflexes or nerves or numbness, why am I charged almost $400? Don't go here.

Free consultation included. I asked if there were ANY additional costs/fees. Receptionist said no. I let her know that my attorneys would be paying for it and how to go about that to have them pay them directly. She asked their contact information. Later on I get a call from my attorney saying, "I thought you said it was a few hundred dollars!!" All of the sudden when my attorneys were footing the bill the cost got astronomical... Charges for additional Evaluation fees that the doctor miraculously decided he needed. As well as follow-up visits at an additional cost. The price was reaching to a couple thousand dollars once it was all said and done. We told them we would find it elsewhere. And we did. We went to Northbay Prosthetics and got the brace for $250. No additional fees whatsoever. The price never changed with them.

I went one time when we first moved to Travis AFB and after that one time I started driving to Sacramento to the Hanger there. Yes, it was that bad. Bad enough that I was willing to drive to get my work done. I have never had to make an appointment to pick up liners before, ever. I get it though. Trying to suck money out of me any way they can. They get paid when I make an appointment even if no one does anything for me. Make an appointment just so I can have my liners. I hope anyone that might see this takes their business elsewhere. They haven't a clue and you will regret it.

I was called the day before…read moreour scheduled appointment that when we come tomorrow at 8 am in the morning they may not be able to see us. The doctor didn't send them a signed referral. North Bay had three months to get this taken care of and to let me know what was happening. To tell me the day before!! That is not acceptable. I called the doctor and he got it over to them, but North Bay didn't call me back to tell me they got it like they said they would. I started called North Bay at around 2:30, but no one called me back and all I got was their answering machine. Also, I have gone back there in person to get things moving. I want to go to Davis rehab, but we have lost over three months waiting for them when they told us it only takes three to four weeks to get into the rehab. They run as bad and their ER room does.

I was referred to VibrantCare Rehabilitation due to worsening pain and decreased range of motion in…read moremy ankle that I injured (and subsequently had multiple surgeries on) back in 2011. I've had physical therapy a few times in the past for the same injury; however, after giving birth, my ankle has been hurting more so yet again. My initial experience contacting this location was with Gabby. Gabby manages the front office (including scheduling appointments) and assists with putting heat and cold packs on the patients after each session. She is very friendly and easy to get along with. Rachel is my physical therapist at this specific VibrantCare location. She is very knowledgeable in anatomy & physiology and the various treatments required for my injury. She is also very friendly, understanding, and easy to talk to. With all of my therapy sessions, I've been able to get more of my range of motion back and my pain has gone down considerably. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the treatment I received here. My ankle no longer feels very stiff and I'm continuing to work on getting my strength back by doing the exercises that Rachel showed me. 5 out of 5 stars.

Each session increased in difficulty, but she never pushes you. If you are uncomfortable doing an exercise, Rachel will find a doable alternative to help achieve the same goal.
