This well company was very disappointing. Super slow to respond. They built our well but didn't dig deep enough for our new house. Had to call them multiple times because our water was coming out brown in and out of our house when the water ran for 10-15 minutes. They didn't believe us until they came out. Took them over a month to finally fix our well. Then we had a sulfur smell inside for some of our sinks. Took multiple phone calls with the horrible receptionist to get them to come by to install a $250 filter under our house. Didn't fix anything. Called 5, yes 5, separate times to get them to come back and take a look. Every time the receptionist told us they hadn't forgot about us. But guess what? They never came, they never fixed. So I ask done with them. They are terrible. The worst customer service and they can't even do their jobs right. Find someone else. read more
