Our…read morewater pressure had dropped to zilch and we discovered that the well was suddenly producing enough silt and sediment to clog our whole home filter within hours of putting a new filter in place. Tim came out on a Saturday morning - showed up exactly when he said he would be there - and within minutes had successfully diagnosed the problem. Staring down a 50 foot well, you could see that something was clearly wrong with the pump - it was churning the well with such severity it looked like a large boiling cauldron. Tim pulled the pump up and showed me where the failure occurred (a split in the line at the top of the pump). Tim showed me the plate on the old well pump (one in continual service for 26 years!) and recommended a replacement. In less than 2 hours from when Bronner Well Pump Services showed up, we were back up and running with a brand new pump. Thank you Tim! Rarely do you find a vendor who is as fast, friendly, and willing to explain the whole process to you - answering every question thoroughly and with a smile. If you have a well problem - Bronner Well Pump Services should be your first call. They don't drill new wells - but they're fantastic in the realm of keeping your existing well working "well".

Brandon and Cole from Drainfield Solutions arrived bright & early to begin the process of draining and excavating our septic today. We were all signed up for a new distribution box installation as well but that's on hold now that the guys discovered the old box is fully eroded and our drain field is failing. Oh no. That's the bad news. The good news is, in our experience, the office is responsive and easy to communicate with regarding schedule, payment contracts, etc. The workers are friendly and enjoyable to talk to, but also professionals when explaining their findings to someone like me who's never seen an excavated septic before. I can't say we did a ton of research on pricing but although this is an expensive endeavor, I don't feel gouged. I am taking some comfort in previous Yelp reviews, assuming others have looked into that aspect. We were quoted up to $3700 as a ballpark w so much unknown until the dirt was removed. Now that the unexpected has happened we are waiting to hear what the damage will be, all told. Again updates as we go but if you are in the market for septic drain or repair, give Drainfield Solutions a holler.

Both of the guys represented the company well. 2) When the guy opened the tank, he discovered an issue, as he thought the pump was not functioning. He proceeded to pump the tank. The cost was $575, which was a reasonable cost based on research. 3) The other guy replaced the pump, which cost $1,600. Based on research, this was an exorbitant price based on the retail cost of the pump. Based on all of the factors, would consider them again for pumping the tank, but absolutely not for other work.
