My procedure was with Dr Tiboris. He has a WONDERFUL personality and made me feel comfortable from the moment that I met him.  He was talking me through the entire procedure as he was working, which was different and surprisingly comforting.  I had a very difficult extraction that left me with minimal discomfort.  He made sure that I had all of the information for after care and even called from his cell later that day to check on me.  He told me to call him on his personal cell if I had any issues or concerns.  You can tell that he is EXCELLENT at what he does and he genuinely cares for his patients!!  I very highly recommend him!

Then, a full year later in May 2026, I suddenly received a threatening notice claiming I owed additional fees that were never previously disclosed or itemized. The letter threatened to send the account to collections, yet provided no clear breakdown or explanation of these charges. This feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. If there were legitimate fees, they should have been communicated clearly at the time of service, not a year later with threats attached. I never received any prior notice about these supposed additional amounts. Very disappointing experience and poor billing transparency.

Everyone is very professional and pleasant to talk to, the facility is clean and beautiful, there are TV's in each dental station where I can watch HGTV or some other show while getting work done, and there is a small play area where little ones am be entertained while I parent gets their work done too! Whenever someone is looking for a new dentist, I always refer them to this location and Dr. DiStefano!

Dr. DiStefano's staff from the front to back were wonderful. I absolutely loved Dr. DiStefano! I was having tooth pain and she not only made me feel like she cared but that she was going to get my problem taken care of. The solution was a root canal in a tooth that wasn't even hurting. I found it hard to believe but it was true! She explained why that happens and when I got that tooth taken care of...my pain was gone! She is friendly, caring and KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING! She was raving about how fast he works, which should have been a my sign to leave before he got back. He rushed through the placement of my cap and then ground down the cap and the WRONG surrounding teeth. When I said he was grinding the wrong tooth, he and the assistant took offense. It's MY MOUTH! I can still feel the sharp ridge he left on two teeth in my mouth above the cap. Avoid him and this dentistry business at all costs.
