She tells me it's $10 extra bc my hair is oily and she has to wash it. I said that's fine. And then she sits me in the chair after the wash and starts brushing my hair. She yanked at my earrings about THREE times. I had on small gold stud earrings by the way, not dangly or long. It obviously hurt and I told her atleast 5 times do not reduce the length- she reduces the length up to my shoulder, my hair was at the bottom of my breast / upper stomach length before the cut. And the final straw was her starting to blow dry my hair aggressively- I could literally see the fresh cut hair getting damaged in real time. The heat was so high I told her to turn it down as it burned my scalp. I told her to stop doing it and said I don't need styling and then the crazy thing is she insists and says "I want to show you how it looks" and proceeded to style my hair in this manner. I paid $30 at the counter. This haircut was from HELL and I would have been better off going to great clips.
