When I went to pay I bent down slowly so my back didn't snap and I was good to still drive, the woman was impatiationly tapping the till making my hurry. When i got out my card I couldn't really reach the machine so I had to get out the car and turn it into a walk through!! They didn't give us a spoon in the mcflurry and I had to go to A&E due to back pain the same day.
