I guess this is what happens when the spa manager gets paid regardless of whether a client books an appointment or not or whether the customer is happy or not...she still gets paid. One of the reasons I book a spa package is to get that ZEN, but before i even set foot in this spa, Zen is gone and i was simply just stressed out because of what the spa manager made me experience. I was looking for a Spa in Ajax where i can come once a month and spend about $400 per session. The owner should be aware as to how the customers and potential customers are treated by the staff. The Spa Manager is rude and condescending and needs training in customer service. Not only did I find her rude, they are also way too busy for you... i understand that other spas can be busy as well but they make sure their being busy is not the client's problem and make it invisible to the clients. I took the time to detail out the questions I have and to detail out the services I want but when I was on the phone I was asked if I wanted a female RMT and if a Saturday appointment would do when it was clearly stated in my email that no weekend bookings and only a Female MRT for me. When explaining what I wanted over the phone, I was rudely cut off and accused of changing the services I want several times when I only made 1 change - to NOT use their package and instead simply do the services as is. Then she said they are too busy to reply so I will reply some other day but then I waited and waited and nothing How many times can the reception/manager make you feel that your business is unwanted? Perhaps they are already busy that they do not need my business or they get paid their hourly wage either way...happy customer or not. I am sure the spa manager will have a story to show she wasn't in the wrong, but none of her stories will bring me back. Also this review is not about right or wrong, it is about how i was treated as an unwanted customer and that they are way too busy for me and that they lack customer service. If you are looking for a spa in Ajax or in the Durham Area, do not book here. You can book elsewhere where you and your business will be greatly appreciated. LOL what is this a doctor's office? I've been coming here for years. I am shocked at how poorly they treat their customers and have never been treated this way at any other hair salon.
