Our experience was not the best with our character and when I reached out to the company with my concerns, they ignored my message.

What an incredible company! For 2 years in a row we have attended "breakfast with Santa" events & can't see doing them with any other company! The characters are spot on & so friendly! (Santa, Elsa, Anna) I've akso had the opportunity to chat directly with the owner on occasion about various questions & I am always so impressed with how friendly & honest she is! This company is very unprofessional. I had accidentally booked for 1:00 and tried to call, text, message and use their online messaging, none of them worked. I was charged and extra $20.00 for the time change I needed because I didn't get back to them in time. I found this ridiculous to say the least. I will say the actress that played Elsa did do an amazing job, if I could just go through her I would get her again but I want nothing to do with Characters and Crowns. read more
