I've had two treatments--the DiamondGlow and the HydroFacial. They did call and ask if I wanted to upgrade to an hour, so I expected 45-60 minute sessions based on the price and my experiences elsewhere. Neither service lasted longer than 40 minutes, and both felt rushed and incomplete. My skin felt and looked no different. Additionally, when I arrived the following week for my DiamondGlow, they told me they couldn't do the service because I had the HydroFacial the week before and asked if I wanted a different service instead. The absolute worst! They advertise Botox for $4.00 a unit and a full treatment for under $200.00. But after you get in there, it costs over $800.00. Totally false advertising. And when you show the nurse the ad on Instagram, she says, "yea we can't do it for that". Then why are you advertising it? She replies, "well that's not right". No kidding. CAS is currently running a filler special at 50% off for up to 2 syringes, so I booked an appointment with them. I've had filler a few times over the years from a couple of other reputable places in Fargo, and had great results. I was hoping to get filler under my eyes as the hollows have deepened over the years - but they don't have a staff member skilled enough to treat this area, so they don't do it. I then asked about getting filler in the nasolabial folds, and they said that my skin was too saggy that I would either need skin tightening treatments first (that they offer, as luck would have it!) or I would need MULTIPLE syringes of filler and they would need to fill up my whole dang face first - cheeks, etc., otherwise the filler would just sink. SO, according to CAS, I am too old at 52 years, and my skin is too saggy, to get a very small amount of filler in my nasolabial folds. For the record, I have normal, minimal sagging that occurs at my age, and just the smallest hint of jowls starting. So I left and booked an appointment with a clinic that knows what they're doing & doesn't try to bilk me out of a thousand dollars first in order for me to take advantage of their 50% off promo. read more

I am visiting from Chicago and I highly recommend Rejuv and, Kayce (RN) enough! I had a Halo laser treatment from Kayce today and she made me feel comfortable and did a thorough consult before treatment. It was my first Halo treatment (first laser treatment ever, actually) and Kayce spent time explaining the steps of procedure before we started and allowed me to numb before lasering. When the treatment was being performed, Kayce was encouraging and kept telling me what the lasers were targeting and the benefits my skin would feel. I went to Rejuv for years for facials, skincare products, B12 injections, and laser hair removal. After moving across the country and visiting several plastic surgery offices, med spas, and salons to continue my services, I can say that Rejuv is the BEST, by far! Let me explain why I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I started off getting laser hair removal here and there. 5 stars on that, they were honestly great. The staff is always friendly and it's a very nice place. The problem is when I joined their $89 a month facial club. They encouraged me to join because I could use the $89 towards laser, not just facials. Sounds great. Let me tell you where I got screwed. First off, the $89 credits that they charge each month EXPIRE if you don't use them within 60 days. In other words, they take your $89 and throw it directly in the trash for you. Second, they are going to offer you a free VISIA skin analysis. After that they try to sell you a very expensive skin regimen that is supposed to be curated to your specific skin. I bought the products they picked out specifically for me (almost $300 worth) and used them exactly as directed. My skin was normal before and these products made my skin worse. A lot worse. I was covered in acne from this regimen. I asked if I could return the products they had prescribed to me, because they were obviously NOT working for me. They said no, and offered me another VISIA analysis. During this VISIA analysis they told me my skin was "purging" and I just needed to stick with the products longer (4-6weeks). Then they proceeded to try to sell me MORE products. During this VISIA appointment they take pictures of your skin. They literally have before and after pictures showing that the products they prescribed to me covered my skin in acne. THEY LITTERLLY HAVE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES SHOWING THEY MESSED UP MY SKIN. I stuck with this skin regimen for about two and a half months before I couldn't stand it anymore. You know what happened when I stopped using their products? The acne went away immediately. I guess I just expected that a medical aesthetic clinic should be able to realize when they have completely ruined the aesthetic of your skin. Again, they offered no refund or exchange whatsoever. Also, that second free VISIA analysis took about 20-30 minutes and that time was taken out of my 60 minute facial. Yes, they took time out of my facial to try to sell more products. Third, when you cancel this facial club membership they need 60 days notice or they will keep charging your account. PLEASE tell me what expenses this business will incur if I don't give you 60 days notice. It sure looks like a last minute attempt to take whatever money you possibly can from me. In my case I am moving out of state next month and I will never be able to use the money that they are charging me. Again, because the money they charge to your account goes directly in the trash if you don't use it within 60 days. In conclusion, DON'T start up a membership of any kind with this company because obviously their only goal is to take as much money from you as possible without standing behind any of their products. read more

I've been going here for my facials for about 1 1/2 years and am a big fan. The staff are always so friendly, the atmosphere calming and the new location is the bomb! I always really feel pampered whenever I visit this place and that's what a girl should feel like when she goes to the spa.
