These kids weren't disabled or anything of the like. Marshall made a few phone calls, & possibly a letter, and got it taken care of in a very short time. I've never known of this man being unprofessional in any way, shape or form. I would recommend him to anyone who needed an attorney. I give him 5 's & A+ for everything he did for my son-in-law.

So unprofessional and unwilling to make a single phone call to the respondent to advocate on my behalf and help me try and settle my case. This rude, curt attorney also gave me confusing information from the initial consultation. Then tried to intimidate me in an attempt to deflect and conflate the facts regarding my request for him to call the respondent to negotiate a settlement and other related details. He is one sorry excuse for a lawyer with ZERO customer service skills or the ability to handle a sophisticated case or unwilling to do so in my case.

They performed a procedure on my back that wasn't necessary after 2 Tulsa radiologist said that I didn't have any spinal fractures according to my MRI and X-rays! Max Dean Law recommended I find counsel to sue him for "Medical Battery" rather than malpractice! I finally got tired of trying to find an attorney to take my case regardless of the proof I had with my MRI and X-Rays prior to Doctor James Webb. Also James Webb is not a doctor, he's a radiologist! So my opinion is not to seek medical care from "Dr. James R. Webb & Associates on 71st Street in Tulsa. I personally think he's a "Quack!" P.S. He also plays guitar several times a week in Nashville. So I think he should stick with playing his guitar in Nashville and stop fooling people into thinking that they have spinal fractures when they don't! "BEWARE OF THIS GUY!"

We hired Brian Huddleston to represent us in a land dispute. I hired him based on excellent reviews…read moreat the time, some of which outlined his "ethics" which is EXTREMELY important to me. In our initial consultation, Brian barely listened to what we were telling him. He preferred to look at maps, etc. I thought he knew what he was doing, so we went forward with him. After quite some time, I emailed him to ask for updates and if we could schedule a court date. His advice was to sit back and wait for the other side to act, so I did. We waited nearly 4 years with only minimal input from Brian other than receiving an invoice for payment. Then, earlier this year, a hearing was set for a summary judgement. Again, I spoke with Brian to give him details for our reply and he kept interrupting me, not listening and becoming frustrated that I was trying to tell him important details. Honestly, my impression was that he is on the autism spectrum and easily overwhelmed so I patiently gave him answers to specific questions that missed the important details of our case. He then notified us that he had to reschedule the hearing because he had a conflict... then nothing until today when he sent a journal entry he intends to send to the opposing council stating the judge ruled against us. We were not kept in the loop for years, he did not present our evidence (that the other side included lies and incorrect deeds in the original filing). When I questioned whether he represented our side, he replied that it wasn't about him....but he didn't answer the question. I feel that he did NOT properly represent us and cost us the judgment due to bad advice/lack of robust representation. I would NOT recommend Brian Huddleston and see that there is another review that is only 3 months old with similar complaints. This is NOT a competent attorney who cares to represent you.

I agree with Abigail L. In my experience, Brian did not provide the level of representation or…read morecommunication I expected from an attorney handling such an important matter. I was sued in 2021 and filed counterclaims that same year. My counterclaims were later dismissed without what I believed was clear written confirmation or authorization from me approving that action, which I felt placed my case at significant risk. When I later asked about refiling, I was told to "wait until October," but I did not receive a detailed explanation regarding the significance of that timeline or the potential consequences of waiting. After seeking a second opinion, the new attorney I hired advised me that I had approximately one year from the November dismissal date to refile the case in order to preserve the deposition testimony and evidence previously obtained by my original attorney, who could no longer represent me due to a career change. My understanding was that missing that deadline could have limited the use of previously gathered evidence and negatively affected my ability to defend my case. Fortunately, I retained another attorney who successfully handled the matter and ultimately helped me obtain a dismissal with prejudice and a default judgment on the opposing party's counterclaims, despite previously being told the case would be difficult or unlikely to succeed. Based on my personal experience, I would not hire Brian again. I felt the representation resulted in unnecessary time, expense, and stress, and I believe my case was placed at unnecessary risk.
